We stayed at the apartment while on transit in Lusaka and had a comfortable stay . Charity was helpful with the check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The place is a tad far from the CBD but within 15 minutes drive to most malls . There are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity.

The house was exceptionally clean and matched the description perfectly. The host was very communicative before our arrival, providing clear instructions and directions, which made the check-in process seamless. Despite the ongoing load-shedding issues in the country, the property is equipped with a reliable solar backup, ensuring uninterrupted electricity at all times. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, making it an excellent place to stay whenever you’re in Livingstone. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained accommodation option.

We needed to get away from the city for a while and Dawn provided us with an amazing space to do just that. She is pretty ammazing, responsiveness and gave us invaluable advice from the moment we booked. The listing is right on the edge of the Zambezi river so you have the best surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and Dawn linked us up with a decently priced and lovely local taxi driver named Muhulu, who assisted us throughout our stay. (we couldn't hire a car from the airport because there were none available at the time). I'd highly recommend. I'm planning a longer stay soon...

Nice and quiet house, with everything in place to mitigate the daily power cuts (solar system provides electricity at all time and there's a gas stove as backup so cooking is never a problem either) It's been very easy to communicate with Erica, she is very nice and answers all questions quickly. We had a perfect stay in Kingsland!

We had some lovely days at the Airbnb of Scott and Sarah. It was the perfect accommodation for a little time out . A little pool for refreshing, lots of space, the house was very clean, some games for the evenings and also a small “supermarket” half an hour walk from there - everything we needed. The communication with Scott and Sarah was very clear and they were SO helpful, besides giving good recommendations they really help us organizing stuff. I you hesitate, this is your sign to book the stay. We fully recommend it 😁🌸

Vicky was one of the most responsive and available hosts I have had on airbnb. She was so friendly. What I really liked about her place the most was her attention to detail and what she knew meant the most to me. The cottage had plenty of snacks and food upon arrival which I think was such a great gesture. She also went above and beyond to do other thoughtful things for me. The cottage is just like the pictures and is surrounded by beautiful nature.

According to my wife, this home was great for the single day she spent there. I would love to experience this home more in future.
