We had a very relaxing 3 night stay - wish we could have stayed longer but we definitely hope to be back in the future. Incredible views of False Bay, great layout, great indoor/outdoor space - decks, pool, wood-fired hot tub - choice of gas or charcoal braai/bbq ! Great outdoor shower off master bedroom ! Large bedrooms with lots of storage/cupboard space. Well equipped kitchen. Felt very secure and safe. Excellent communication with host (Imraan) - who was very responsive and proactive. Overall highly recommended- we really enjoyed our stay. Note that there are lots of stairs to climb up/down from parking on Boyes Drive to house or down to the beachfront - we were aware of this and knew the geography - so it was not a concern - well worth the views from the house- but just something to be aware of when carrying luggage/groceries etc or for those mobility challenged.

Hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Adriatica, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, das separate Cottage hatte sogar eine eigene Küche. Insgesamt war alle sehr sauber, es kommt auch täglich ein Cleaning-Team für innen und außen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier einchecken, Preis/Leistung war super!

Kelly’s house is light and airy with a great view of the sea and mountains. Her garden is delightful, with plenty of carefully created books and crannies, and great playground for kids. The location is fantastic, a 3 minute walk to the beach with great body boarding waves most days. We were very comfortable and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Thanks Kelly! Would definitely stay again

Wundervolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser AirBnB-Unterkunft in Hout Bay! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – ruhig, idyllisch und nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und die Meeresluft zu genießen, war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich hat uns begeistert, perfekt, um bei einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hout Bay selbst ist wunderschön – ein malerisches Küstendorf mit viel Charme und tollen Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen oder einen entspannten Strandtag. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ein echtes Juwel!

Tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz für alle, sensationeller Blick über Kapstadt, Ausstattung hervorragend. Housekeeping 1 x die Woche inclusive, weitere jederzeit als extra buchbar, Auto steht in der Garage, alles sehr sicher. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, von hier aus ist man fast überall unter 30 min. (Stellenbosch, Kapstadt downtown, Golfplätze, Weingüter). Leider hat nur 1 Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage. Am Abreisetag Konten wir das Haus noch tagsüber nutzen.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Yvette and Wes’s beautiful home . Their home was exactly what we wanted and matched the description perfectly. Their hosting and communication was incredible and we felt right at home. They went over and beyond on what we expected. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Mary-Louise’s villa was incredible! The location on Glen Beach is unbeatable, with breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. The villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Mary-Louise was a fantastic host—helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to return!

We had some initial entry trouble with the keys & alarm system. The keys & locks needed the right touch. There are 6 keys on the ring & we only needed 2-3 for various entry points. The house is very clean, comfortable & beautiful. The rooftop views are unbeatable. The pictures accurately represent the house. I loved staying here. It was safe. The location is SO convenient. There is a small store across the street with essentials & wine. Restaurants & Kloof Checkers grocery store are within a 10 minute walk. Lion’s Head & other trailheads are within a :15 minute walk up the hill. Uber is very reasonable. This is an exceptional place to stay!

Wonderful house, amazing views, well equipped, comfortable, spacious and secure. Hosts were very informative, communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this house. We were 6 people. It sleeps 8 comfortably plus a couple of kids in the bunks. Plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the pool table and dartboard. Didn’t use the hot tub as didn’t really have time. Loved the outdoor seating area and hammock. It’s an easy walk down to shops/restaurants. Harder going back up the hill. (Ubers are VERY quick and cheap though. Make sure you have the app.) Thanks to our hosts.

This may be my very favorite Airbnb... ever. An absolute amazing piece of property. Views for days. Fantastic outdoor living. Eclectic but not overpowering decor. Perfectly comfortable and cozy and with all the amenities. To add, it's only a few minutes walk outside of Kalk Bay and just up the street from the tidal pool. I can't think of when I've had it better. A definite would repeat.

Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can't do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!🤌🏾 The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!

Die Kommunikation mit Rudy bzw. Deny und Precios (die im Haus in einer separaten Einheit wohnen) war immer freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet viele Alternativen neben Pool, Whirlpool, Liegen, großen Sitzecken …. und die Küche ist vorbildlich ausgestattet. Mit 8 Personen konnten wir Beisammensein als auch Privatsphäre genießen - es war Klasse! Besucher, die etwas länger schlafen wollen, sollten sich eine Buchung trotz aller Vorteile überlegen, da jeden Morgen ab 7.00 h viele Hunde in der angrenzenden Nachbarschaft anhaltend kläfften und die Kinder des Kindergartens gegenüber ab 7.30 h draußen auch zum Geräuschpegel beigetragen haben. Ab dem frühen Mittag wurde es aber immer ruhiger und wir konnten das Grundstück wirklich genießen! Deny hat bei schlechtem Wetter selbständig immer gleich die Auflagen der Liegen selbst weggeräumt und so für ein wirklich entspanntes Wohnen gesorgt! Wenn also die morgendliche Unruhe nicht stört kann ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Very spacious and clean home. Leona and James were welcoming and responsive hosts. We weren’t able to use the pool due to the weather, but it would have been wonderful if hot. Being able to hike right up the road is also something we didn’t take advantage of due to time and winds but is a wonderful feature. We did enjoy meals on the back deck and great views of table mountain from the side deck. Excellent Shift espresso cafe and deer park cafe restaurant within walking distance down the road.

Location was really good, not too far out of the city but right by the beach in a private residence. The house is beautiful nice size pool and lovely master bedrooms. We did have some issue with hot water first couple of days but Trevor has seen that we have been reimbursed for the inconvenience and was very understanding and responsive when this was raised.

We had the most wonderful 9 night stay at the Beach House. We were an extended family group of 8 and the accommodation could not have been more perfect for us. We had high expectations having seen the listing and read all of the positive reviews, but these were exceeded. Everything about the house is superb - the views, space, bedrooms, equipment, service & easy access to the beach/restaurants. Martha the maid was charming and couldn’t do enough for us. Angie the host was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our stay, and we really felt supported and at home. She provided many helpful recommendations including a private chef (Georgia) who came and cooked delicious meals for us on alternative evenings. A bit of luxury but well worth it to ensure we could all relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets. We would definitely return as it was the family holiday of a lifetime.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Stewart’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Stewart was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was immaculate – it was spotless, organized, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The space felt so cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. One of the highlights was the breathtaking views – whether it was in the morning with the sun rising or in the evening watching the sunset, it was absolutely stunning. The location was also perfect – quiet, peaceful, and incredibly safe. It was the ideal spot for relaxation, while still being close enough to all the attractions we wanted to see. I would highly recommend Stewart’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic, hassle-free getaway. Thank you, Stewart, for making our stay so special! We will definitely be back!

Our weekend in Kalk Bay staying at this beautiful and unique pad was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed in by a huge pod of thousands of dolphins in False Bay which was incredible. We were absolutely thrilled upon arrival to find a gorgeous home - stone, glass and wood with lots of local features and character. We loved spending hours on the deck soaking up the views and Kalk Bay vibe. It is in the perfect location in Kalk Bay - high enough to have amazing views of the mountain, harbour and ocean, and low enough to have easy access via stone steps to the wonderful shops, restaurants and bakeries in the village. We loved our walks along the seaside and our swims in the refreshing tidal pools, all within easy walk of this cottage. The hospitality from Greg, and Jane, was so warm and welcoming with lots of special touches to help us enjoy our weekend. This is a 10/10 experience and a stay that I highly recommend. This is going to become one of my favourite getaways!

An amazing weekend spent at this location, peaceful and private location with a beautiful cabin and lovely decor. The only issue was isolated to locating the cabin, especially when relying on public transport like Uber. We and Uber struggled to locate the cabins location.

I stayed at Bronwyn’s for a few weeks, it was a nice calm and green space that was a good base in Cape Town. Bronwyn was a really considerate and communicative host.

Adorable place with an incredible location. This is a great find and we highly recommend staying at this small but well styled and put-together place.
