Stayed for one night, house was super clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Got there late at night, but the host was really responsive to my questions. All the airconds and TV worked fine, no issues. Quiet and peaceful area since it’s in a taman perumahan. Totally worth it, would love to stay again!

house is really nice for a family or group of 8. upstairs, each rooms have 2 single beds and downstairs have 2 rooms with queen beds. very convenient and comfortable. my friends brought PS5 to play on tv. really thankful for the free wifi easy to get work done. thoughtful owner, even though no coway/water filter, he provided us with three bottles of filtered water in the fridge. thank you En Azhar.

Comfortable unit full of new furniture, tv, crockery etc. lovely private pool, excellent WiFi, walk to coffee shop, supermarket, scooter rental, massage. Great communication from Dinesh for check-in, minor aircon leak fixed promptly. Transport required to get around town and sightseeing, on the doorstep of amazing temple. Weekly market over the road...2br very comfortable for two, and could accommodate small family or two couples each with own ensuite. No pool fence for kids, Level for those with access limitations, some small steps.

Responsive host. Always ready to help. Location close to the beach, within walking distance. Arranged our airport pick up and also arranged transfer to Krabi. I would recommend this accommodation for locational advantage and very responsive host always ready to make guest comfortable.

A great place to relax, we will definitely come back! I especially liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the huge, amazing pool. There were no strange smells in the apartment, which is very important to me. The bed was amazing and the curtains by the bed created complete darkness. My boyfriend could work on his laptop at the desk without disturbing my sleep. The host was very kind and always ready to help. She recommended great restaurants and even told us how to get to the island's secret spots. Thank you!

Beautiful condo apartment in a very quiet, safe and convenient location. My family and I absolutely loved the place. We felt right at home. Cecilia offered great resources for airport transfers, getting around town. The place is walking distance from great bars, restaurants and ofcourse the beach. Excellent property!

We come down to Phuket every year from up north. This year's location was our favorite by far! It is walking distance from a BEAUTIFUL beach (there are stairs, but even my 3 year old and 6 year old could walk up and down without a problem). We stayed here during COVID, but there were still plenty of tasty shops open around the condo and near the beach. The room was a perfect size for our family of 4. The shower had amazing water pressure and excellent hot water. There was a nice little porch, which was perfect for family dinners where we could watch the sunset over the ocean, quite picturesque. We drove a car and there was ample parking. Mattia was responsive to all of our messages and helped us out when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress free. There were no surprise fees or anything. The pool was absolutely amazing and the best pool we have had in a condo in Phuket for two young kids. There is a very large shallow end, zero-entry along one side, and a great size for swimming. The pool area was always kept very clean and the pool was very clean as well, without a ridiculous amount of chlorine so our kids could really enjoy it. Our kids were begging to go to the pool multiple times a day and our daughter learned to swim during our time in the condo. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

We stayed just one night as a stop between two long-term airbnb's. We would have stayed longer - loved Haad Yao beach and our waterfront view. Spacious and clean room. Resort has a good restaurant, three massage places and a mini mart close by, and location is great and easy to get to. Only issue was when we checked in, we were put in a non-waterfront room but we came back to the front desk and showed them the listing and were given the option of two other waterfront rooms so they were very helpful in making things right.

Great apartments near one of the best beaches in Phuket. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: Great views from the window, great balconies, enjoyable breakfast, good location, friendly owner. Overall impression is very good, I recommend

Despite this residence backing on to a busy road, once doors and windows are closed the place is exceptionally quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped. The owner of the residence is very quick to respond for all communications. I would recommend staying at this residence. There is also a 7/11 that is extremely well stocked, only a few minutes walk away that stocks just about everything one might need...

the highlight is definitely host Pew. always respond quickly, helpful and friendly. place is very basic but it got everything that you need. quiet and safe. close to everything

Me and my mates spend a week in this Amazing Villa .YoYo is a fantastic Host , everything went smooth, super helpful , you can ask anything you need and she get back to you very shortly. The Villa is located a little bit out from the center (just about 5 minutes with the scooter ) nice peaceful and clean , with a great pool , everything work perfectly.,ust a perfect spot for relax . 10 out of 10 i definitely Will come back☺️😉

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unglaublichen Ausblick und liegt mitten in der Natur und ist trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Strand (7 Minuten mit dem Roller). Der Vermieter und sein Personal kümmern sich um alle Bedürfnisse.

На вилле все продумано до мелочей, состояние очень хорошее, для комфортного проживания есть все, что необходимо вплоть до мелочей типа зубных щёток. Общая рекомендация - останавливайтесь, не задумываясь. Единственная тонкость - крайне желательно иметь какой-то транспорт, чтобы добираться до центра туристической жизни и пляжей.

Yayi made our stay in Phuket one to remember, with a beautiful Vila, lovely beach and friendly people. If i ever visit Phuket again I would likely try booking through Yayi again! worth every dollar😁

Nous avons réellement adoré ce logement. La villa et la piscine sont très bien entretenues. Nous avons trouvé la villa encore plus belle que sur les photos d’ailleurs ! Enfin, notre hôte a été extrêmement réactif lorsque l’on a pu le contacter, avec des réponses dans la seconde près. Le quartier est parfait si vous recherchez un lieu calme sur Phuket, avec nombreux restaurants en bord de mer et proximité avec un port de long tail boats pour vous emmener sur les îles à proximité.
