Kim was WONDERFUL! She was responsive to all my whims and was so kind (thank you for the crabs!). After spending months in a very noisy, messy living situation, this was the perfect place to reset and have solitude and peace.

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

I love the concept of an open-space camper in the country. It was incredibly cozy, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. I thoroughly enjoyed my respite here. The only downside was that it took about 15–20 minutes to reach a restaurant or downtown—something to consider if you prefer having amenities nearby. Despite this, the view of the stars was fabulous, and I highly recommend it.

Lemuel was very responsive and easy to get along with once we arrived. Beautiful property and great location!! We will definitely be back!

We had such a good time. It was the perfect spot for a fall getaway. It was beautiful and so comfortable. Great way to camp! We’re already talking about when we’ll be back.

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

It was very peaceful and quiet but quite cold. There was a heater that didnt radiate heat well. it was also dark in the tent with two dim lamps. The outside was cute with lights but you can't really see the lake but of all the trees that grew out. Looks more impressive in pictures.

Fun glamping experience! We enjoyed s’mores by the outdoor bonfire 🔥 Everything was clean, a few games were provided which we had a good time playing, and we had a good time overall. We would recommend this teepee! The only issue was the wind! Check the weather before booking if possible. Sleeping became difficult with the constant noise. We brought plenty of blankets/sleeping bags and didn’t have to worry about cooler temps.

I just want to say that I had the first experience camping in a RV and this was the best. Very friendly host, and responded to me ASAP and even was on-site and came to the RV. Thank you and I will be back.

Can’t say enough about the hospitality and friendless of the host and neighbors

I booked this very last minute for my family and I. We absolutely loved it. 😊 It was easy to get into, river access IS STEEP but we were expecting that from the booking info. (Don't recommend for elderly or older crowd.) We were able to tie our floats to a little tree near the river access and have a beautiful time. It was very peaceful, clean and organized. Beds were so so comfortable, pillows as well. Air conditioning was great. The main bedroom has its own little air conditioning, the white noise is phenomenal to sleep to. We used the fire pit and bbq pit. Highly recommend for younger or active families or crowds. Kasie was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This camper was perfect for our family of 6! We had plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably and felt right at home. The RV park was peaceful. You can hear the creek rushing right outside the camper. Very peaceful and quite! We loved our stay!

This was my 1st solo trip! I was a bit scared being alone, I only had my dog. But I felt very comfortable once I got there. If you are an animal lover, you will enjoy your stay! If you need a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you!

I was really grateful that William and Sue were willing to take a last minute booking. The Lady Bug is a sweet little camper! The sound of the creek was so peaceful. I arrived after dark and Sue met me to wall me through camper life. She made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and make myself a little campfire! It was a bonus to have coffee, smores fixins, bottled water, and fresh eggs. Definitely a place I'd stay again!

Patricia was very responsive to all questions & very quickly. The llace was just as described in photos, would stay again.

If your in the area this is THE place to stay! Great helpful directions, comfortable, well lit, stocked, WiFi, tv. Added plus the campfire was lit for us pre arrival! Our stay was just wonderful!

We had such a peaceful stay! Will be back but next time for 2 nights instead of 1. Hosts were kind and responsive and the space was comfortable and the right amount of nature immersion for us.

Shelley’s place exceeded my expectations! Pictures don’t do it justice. Although I couldn’t have a bonfire due to the fire ban, I enjoyed soaking in the tub, walking down to the blue trail to hang out by the creek, cooking outside in the private lot, and cozying up in the camper before bed. I will be back soon!

I booked for 2 nights because this place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The views are breathtaking and it’s so quiet. Unfortunately I got my van stuck the next morning trying to turn around (stupid 2wd) but it was totally my fault. Sand was just soft on one side. I would have gone back if I felt confident enough I would make it back out! Stay on campsite 1 if you don’t have 4wd and you’ll be fine :) Eva was super helpful and responsive and even offered a refund since I was too scared to get stuck again which helped me find somewhere else to stay. I’m still sad though, I absolutely loved it there! P.s - If you have a doggie PACK BOOTS/FOOTWEAR! I didn’t think of this and my poor whippet was stepping on cactus 😬

The property was exactly as described. My family of six had a wonderful camping experience without the hassle of setting up a campsite. I would highly recommend!
