Place was easy to find, clean, quiet and comfortable. All of the pictures, and the description, matched the physical place. A+++

I enjoyed staying here . The place is nice and spacious to be a studio. The bed sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The area is near a lot of shops and the music center. it’s a peaceful vibe . 20 mins from downtown Dallas and actually central so easy to commute to FW, Arlington, Grand Prairie etc .. Parking was a little bit frustrating. But thats everywhere in Texas to be honest. Make sure that you register your vehicle and follow Ron’s instructions carefully.

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

Thanks for the stay, the property was a great place to sleep while in town for a weekend event. Quick walk across to the street to the beach and restaurant. Would have loved to pay a bit extra to check out later, due to a late night flight, but understood.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Loved everything about this place! Claudia was super responsive and friendly! I see people mentioning about not being able to flush toilet paper but, who cares?! Throw it in the garbage can! It’s easy enough! We will definitely be coming back!

This was the perfect home away from home for the week that we stayed to work and play! The home was clean, as described, quaint, and private with a beautiful landscape. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again in the future!

El departamento de Ben es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las vistas desde todos los ambientes son increíbles. Esta en muy buen estado y muy completo. La piscina en el piso 15 es gigante y es para pasarse un tiempo ahí en ese espacio muy bien ambientado y con muy buenas vistas. Nos recibio Patricia a la hora pactada, muy amablemente nos describió la zona y como movernos, nos dio su celular por si tuviéramos algún problema. También nos permitió guardar nuestras valijas hasta las 4 de la tarde dado que nuestro vuelo partía a la noche. Recomiendo 100% el depto de Ben, sin duda volveré.

Our stay was delightful! The host's commitment to cleanliness was evident from the moment we arrived; the unit was spotless and well-maintained. A lot of thought had clearly been placed into every detail of the space, making it feel both cozy and functional. Communication with Daniel was frequent, open, and friendly, which made our experience even better. The weather was beautiful during our stay, and we found ourselves spending most of our time relaxing on the patio. Additionally, the location was excellent. The property was conveniently accessible to a variety of restaurants and amenities via back roads, which allowed us to avoid high-traffic areas. This made exploring the local area a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

my second time staying here. i love the neighborhood. recreation park nearby. I played basketball at 8pm w a dozen others and felt safe. very safe neighborhood. host is responsive and addresses our needs

This home exceeded our expectations. It was an absolutely delightful property. It was so clean, there was so much space, and it was close to anything we could have needed! I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Came down for spring break and was not disappointed. Condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Facilities were nice and beach access was right on your doorstep. The 2 pools on each side of the building were nice to get out of the wind when needed. Easy access to restaurants and shops just down the street..short walk but sidewalks weren’t the best. Keith was a great host and timely with responses for those last minute packing questions. Had an issue with the kitchen sink and he came right over to take a look. Easy access to parking ramp though had a difficult time parking our larger vehicle and car top carrier.

Scott’s communication throughout the stay was great! Room was exactly as pictured and described. The resort has wonderful and very polite staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Daytona.

We loved this place since it was so spacious and had so much of what we needed. The pool was great, the game room and the gym were so convenient and especially we enjoyed being able to order food right at the pool. It's a lovely spacious living space with lots of light and nice porch. Highly recommend if you're going to Disney!

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

We had a great stay, the place is just like the pictures. The room was super clean and properly prepared for us. The location is great just a short walk to the beach which wasn’t too crowded and right across from sharkys and senior frogs both great places to go to while being there! The pool at the condo was clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving or at the beach. Host was very responsive and if we needed anything or had any questions he replied super quick! We definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Great place for a couples get away or for a small family as they do have a pull out couch as well!

I really enjoyed Joseph’s place . The place was so beautiful and just love the ocean view waking up to that was just breathtaking. Would definitely book again .
