A very clean space with plenty of to spread out. As convenient as you can get for fishing.

Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

Omg just BOOK IT! Kim’s place is just as described, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch, well stocked with shower supplies and towels. Kitchen is stocked with all spices and such (we ate meals out). Porch was amazing for feeding turtles and just relaxing on with a glass of wine, You won’t want to leave! Kim provides plenty of paper plates , towels and garbage bags for your stay unlike other places we have stayed. Kim makes check in and out so easy and always receptive to any texting questions! As far as movement you really don’t notice it and we had some windy nights, if you don’t focus on it you probably won’t feel it. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay, we will be back :) Verna

We totally enjoyed our 12 night stay on the "Why Knot" houseboat. Michael met us when we arrived, showed us around and pointed out anything that needed special instructions. The boat was very clean, had brand new carpet, and had everything we needed. The town of Sanford is very walkable. We enjoyed the community theater, the winery and local restaurants.

Lauren was nothing short of amazing. Every detail was spot on. Arriving at the boathouse, we had no trouble entering and feeling welcomed. The house had everything we needed from clean linens to cutting boards. The dock was our favorite. The view was gorgeous, especially at night. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun, drinking coffee, and eating meals outside. Lauren even provided a binder with local places and fun things to try. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. I would definitely book with Lauren again!

We have never stayed on a house boat, and this FAR exceeded our expectations. It was the best of both worlds; all the comforts of home while being afloat on the river. Everything was in pristine condition and there were plenty towels, linens, and even supplied fun captains hats! We loved having coffee in the morning on the open air deck off the master bedroom, and enjoyed our evenings on the tremendous rooftop deck. I couldn't recommend this more. My only regret is we didn't find this sooner!

Great space for a getaway or vacation. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the little back deck mornings with our coffee and evenings relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and we cooked a few meals with the turn key kitchen. VERY functional and efficient. Walking distance to the beach and downtown-- GREAT location without out being in the busy area. Very relaxing and the amenities are awesome. I would highly recommend.

The ‘Splashing Pelican’ is absolutely AWESOME!!! Exquisite decor, upscale living room with fireplace (!) and smart tv, gorgeous dining room with settings for 6 (!), kitchen with every comfort needed…. 2 beautiful bdrms with tv’s, again the decor and plenty of storage in each… hall bathroom, filled with soft towels, great shower, soaps, shampoos, first aid kit, etc, … master bdrm in the rear… yummy…private bath, cubbies, side tables, storage and seashells everywhere… private back deck, with spiral staircase leading up to the deck. And, before I forget, the gorgeous windows … huge, so pretty, bringing the outside in! The location is the east side of the inland waterway.. the houseboat is anchored at the beginning of a long private pier. Finally, top deck, also accessed from front deck..WOW!screened porch with 2 couches, dining table for 6, smart tv. Outside deck has 4 loungers, high table for 4 with umbrella, settee with matching chairs, second umbrella and a hot tub! Sunsets galore❤️

Beautiful, pristine and private surroundings include the house boat dock and pavilion. Bruce is a great host and communicates instructions with perfect timing. We really enjoyed the scenery and wildlife. House boat was well stocked and duly noted. A fun fantastic experience! Thank you Bruce.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay on this lovely little houseboat. It was peaceful, private, and easy to access with convenient parking. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was stunning—we especially loved sipping coffee on the back porch in the mornings. As a train lover, it was such a treat to watch the trains crossing the nearby bridge. The marina felt safe and friendly, and while the host didn’t message much, all of her instructions were super clear and made everything smooth. One note: the ramp down to the houseboat is a bit steep, so it’s worth packing smart. We’d love to come back!

Such a wonderful place to connect with your partner without the distractions of computers and streaming. Intimate and fun it had everything we needed. The dingy allowed us to have lunch at Shipwreck’s and get more ice. Eduardo was extremely helpful with everything including picking us up with luggage and responding to all of our inquiries. I highly recommend this place for couples or I’ve heard it’s great for fishing too!!

First trip to Venice and couldn’t have picked a better place. Neal was super quick to respond and advised us of the dock work going on. Wasn’t an issue for us and looked like they should be finished soon. Our guide picked us up off the back deck, very nice. Back deck faces east which gives sunrise view and shade in afternoon - big plus in summer I’m sure. It’s all as advertised, we’ll be back in the fall.

This was the perfect getaway! Frank was incredibly helpful and the boat had everything we needed. The island was absolutely beautiful - it was the best way to experience Key West without the crowds!

We just can’t say enough about how amazing our host Angie was. From our multiple travel delays to other special accommodations, she was incredibly gracious. The houseboat is super cozy and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the deck and enjoying time with family. Thank you, Angie for such a fun weekend on the “Vol River.”

Easy to get to Jane's boat, the people were very friendly. The boat was amazing, very cozy, love the desk especially with the weather being great. I strongly recommend to stay there, easy access to and from the boat to downtown. The area is family owned with live music, painting sessions and even guess the songs night. We shall return to Pittsburgh and book at Jane's boat again. That is a guarantee. Thank you

We really enjoyed the unique idea of a houseboat. It was very clean and Beth and Greg were great. They both were super friendly and very accommodating.

Our whole experience was absolutely magical and rejuvenating! It is hard to believe this gem of a stay is real and hosts Ashleigh and Mike were truly the most kind and hospitable sharing a piece of their slice of heaven with us. Even their pup, Mabel, was a wonderful host and led us down to the tugboat to spend some time and get some pets. Three ducks we took the liberty of calling Dewey, Carmela/o, and Blanca/o greeted us on arrival and nearly every time we stepped outside. The outdoor camp area right outside the boat was equipped with kayaks, a SUP, a pair of fishing rods +tacklebox, and campfire grill supplies. Inside the boat was a fully stocked kitchen and the most comfortable accommodations. There’s not a thing they missed with setting up this space. I cannot wait to come back!! Don’t want to exceed the character count but needless to say, I absolutely loved this stay—accidental polar plunge and all!

We were looking for a unique stay in the Keys and this houseboat was great. Quiet yacht club with great amenities, beautiful views from the tiki huts on the point and multiple decks on the boat. Other than some small maintenance repairs needed, it was as pictured and very comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, scenery. Plenty of wildlife. Even photographed a bald eagle hunting on the river. Plenty of room inside for 3 people. Could barely even notice the creaking and waves at night. Secluded, yet close to city life. We did have a run in with some wasps, Brandon came out and sprayed for us. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave!!
