Super easy check in process, all the amenities and space was as described. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook meals at the house, and plenty of rooms and bedding for our 6 year old to try a different bed and bedroom every night! Easy access to the beach as well. Although not in Galveston proper, the ferry is both free and comes frequently and makes for a little fun adventure if excursions to Moody Gardens or other spots desired.

This home is very roomy & open. Large open kitchen, dining room & living area with it not be crowded & easy to move around. Loved the room with the pool table, lots of fun. Back yard was great & the hot tub was perfect. It was the perfect get away for us & we relaxed.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming pre-Civil War home! It was warm and cozy, the perfect retreat for an icy, snowy weekend. The location is great—the city center with its restaurants and shops are couple minutes away by foot, and there's a supermarket just across the street. There was some traffic noise during the day, but it got reasonably quiet at night, so it was no issue. The house itself is full of character—nothing is quite square, plumb, or level, but that only adds to its charm! If you appreciate historic homes with a unique feel, this is a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend! The host was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in without us even asking. They also proactively offered a late checkout or even an extra night due to the heavy snowfall, though in the end the roads were clear and we could leave as planned.

Prefect place for 2 and dogs. Can’t wait for a chance to return.

We recently stayed at the Ranch House and it was fantastic. The kids were able to feed the wild animals that roamed around and actually came right up to the deck. The house itself was clean and plenty of room for the 8 of us. All items (laundry, dishwasher and TV worked great). We did the extras offered by RowdyRanch and were not disappointed. We did the pony ride, the Wagon Feed and had the 5 gallon buckets of feed brought to us by RanchHand Ethan. We would 100% come back and plan to. The experience the kids had was unmatched. (if you're afraid of the large animals you can easily stay on the deck and not interact directly). But for those adventurous ones like us, we 'wrangled' the animals to come back with us for feeds and felt comfortable being on the ground with them (but always remembering, they are huge and wild...so respect their space). LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

Wonderful home. Very close to catochin mtn hiking trails. Very close to town. House was immaculate. We used 3 of the beds and they were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked two dinners and 3 breakfasts. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Lots of towels available. If you’re coming to this area, stay here! We would definitely stay here again!!

Lucky’s place was wonderful! The house was clean and extremely well equipped w/ everything we could possibly need from extra pool toys and lots of books to kayaks and bicycles. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were also friendly. All situated in a cute and quiet neighborhood that was very convenient to beautiful beaches and the boat launch to kayak. We will absolutely be back when we’re in Venice next time and Thank you, Lucky, for an amazing girls weekend full of rest, relaxation & wonderful memories all made easier by such a well equipped and clean home!

This property is extremely well done. Every detail was meticulously thought of. The backyard is a private oasis that feels like the tropics. The property is exactly as described. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft. I would stay here again.

Clean excellent location, close to everything not far from the beaches all kinds of amenities for the beach to use bicycles, etc.

Great place to stay for my wife and I for the week. The private use of the pool and patio area is fantastic as it is right outside the door of the unit. Pool was very clean and the patio area swept daily to remove any fallen leaves. Large fridge, kitchen and BBQ made it easy to cook meals for the week. Bed was comfy. Nice walk in closet for all your stuff with lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. Osmara was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Unit is attached to the main house but is still very quiet and private. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. Thanks Osmara..!!

We spent one month at Andrea's home in Florida. Loved the layout of the place. Large open living space in living, dining and kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The caretaker for the house lived close by and was very efficient and easy going. Would stay there again!

We had a peaceful weekend. Everything was clean when we arrived. The only thing that was a drawback for us was we thought from the pics that we could launch our boat from the backyard. It was probably written somewhere in the description that you couldn't, we just didn't see it. There was a place to launch right down the road, we just chose not to do so. It was intended to be a weekend of fishing, but it turned out to be a weekend of relaxing on the back screened porch. Either way we needed a timeout from life and that's exactly what we got. They also had a few games which we did utilize. It's always fun playing yahtzee & uno. All around it was a great weekend! A very peaceful and relaxing stay in a clean and welcoming home! It felt nicer than the pictures when we walked in. It was a cozy wood cabin that felt homey. There is a large screened porch where you can sit and listen to the nearby creek flowing past. The location is great, it's pretty much right under Shenandoah National Park. If that's your destination, this is right in the middle of it and you don't have to leave the wilderness.

Marvin’s place was absolutely amazing, the check in was super easy, and the room was impeccably clean and was comforting and inviting. The room and property were beautiful and spacious, and Marvin was incredibly helpful with a few questions I had, and responded within 25 minutes. There was so many nice things to do in the area, and coming home to a clean and comfortable Air-BNB was even nicer. I would 100% book this room again, and am incredibly happy I got to stay and experience this place. Thank you Marvin!

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

We loved it here, this was our first time to PSJ but won’t be our last!! The house was amazing, very roomy and had everything we needed!! The golf cart was an added perk and made getting to the beach and pool easy! The beach is a short walk literally down the street, even though it’s in the bay it was still beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone. All the restaurants we visited were pretty good but our favorite was Indian Pass Raw Bar, it’s about a 30 min drive but worth it!! If you want something away from the hustle and bustle but still able to enjoy all the beach activities and seafood this place is for you!!! We were not disappointed!! Derek was responsive and helpful as well!!

Made lots of great memories with our family during our stormy mini vacay. Home is very cozy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Note if you have small kids, you do have to cross the busy road and there are no sidewalks. But it is an easy quick walk to the ocean! Rosalie was very responsive and helpful!

My daughter and her friends found this place to be in a safe area within close proximity of area attractions. It was just as pictured and a great choice for a quick weekend getaway.

This was a great cabin to stay at and it’s in a very convenient location with easy access to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone with spacious, comfortable beds. Everything was exceptionally clean & cozy! Highly recommend this cabin for your next beach getaway.

The house was right on the beach. Really enjoyed the access. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of spaces for us to spread out. Plenty to do in the area.

If you are planning to stay at Paradise Palms, which has some 500 homes, this place is about as close as you can get to the clubhouse and community pool, which is a good thing. Paradise Palms a large subdivision. So, it's nice to not have to drive to the big pool like other folks in this subdivision choose/need to do. If you've rented AirBnB's elsewhere and aren't accustomed to renting them in Central Florida, the sense I get from talking to friends we travelled here with is that the Central Florida rentals are generally not well stocked when it comes to things like coffee filters, toilet paper, and other consumable items. If you're renting shortly after I was there, you'll find (hopefully) the coffee filters that I purchased for you. You're welcome. ;-) Aside from the note above about the consumable items, Dana was a great host and was so great about working with us on our particular check-in, check-out needs. Also, the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
