Wow, what an absolutely amazing stay. We totally lucked out finding the Beaver Dam Came up for the 2024 eclipse and had a fantastic visit. Not only was the AirBnB amazing, but the town went all out with activities and everyone we spoke with was SO friendly. Our only regret is that we can't travel back in time to visit the Beaver Dam when it was operating as a pub! Loved the photo album of people enjoying the pub and would have loved to be among them. what a unique stay. We hope to come back again and would highly recommend to others. thank you for making our once in a lifetime experience even more memorable!

We came her to meet our son, who was coming in this direction anyway. We were drawn by the hot tub, the espresso, and the reasonable price. The decor is quaintly old fashioned and chosen with taste. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while the snow from the blizzard sifted down on our faces. Definitely a recommended spot and hosts. 😍

My stay at Betsy’s apartment was great. It was tidy and I really appreciated that she allows dogs. Thanks Betsy!!

Very nice apartment with everything we needed and more, for a quick overnight stay on our way to Quebec. Fun decor, comfortable bed and great shower.

Beautiful tiny home with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway weekend. We will definitely return!

We had a relaxing weekend with an amazing view! We loved the cottage, the surrounding nature and seeing all the wildlife just outside our door. Tina and Chad were excellent hosts, they were proactive, able to answer our questions and even lend us a hand with an amenity. I would recommend The Buck Stops Here to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature. The cottage is good for a group of adults and has everything one might need for children as well :)

Our stay here was incredible! Pam was such a great host - she always responded super quick and gave fantastic food recommendations! thank you for the cookies!! The loft was such a great place for a peaceful weekend away - couldn’t have asked for more!

Great stay once again, no complications, everything we needed, we were 8 people this time and 9 last time, lots of space and everyone comfortable…superb spot!
