Had a lovely stay at the Gypsy Wagon. Great location with easy beach access, sound of the waves and breathtaking starry sky at night. The Wagon is cosy and exactly as described, very comfortable bed for a great sleep! Nick is friendly and very helpful. Would recommend!

WOW. What a beautiful stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs on our journey across NZ and Stu’s was one of the best. Not only is it super unique, it has amazing views, feels private, and has everything you need. It feels luxurious and there is an eye for the details. The back patio was especially lovely. Bonus points for having Netflix that we didn’t have to sign into ourselves. It’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, but still be close to a lot of the wineries. We didn’t an all-day wine tour that picked us up there no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve admired the view even longer!

We had an amazing time at Helen's place for my 40th birthday. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Our toddler loved spending time with the alpacas, rabbits and horses and there was plenty of space for him to roam around in. We had a lovely BBQ in beautiful sunshine and surrounds. We definitely want to return! Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the lodging and the location for our jumping off point for our overnight Doubtful Sound cruise. Unfortunately, both the restaurant and the café were closed for the Monday evening and subsequent morning, so we ended up driving over to Te Anau for dinner and groceries. I would highly recommend that you not count on meals in the neighborhood when you visit here. Carolyn was very receptive to our needs and a great host.

I found the accommodation very cozy and the area was very easy to find. It was helpful having something close as I was photographing a wedding nearby, Abby was flexible with check in time too which I am grateful for ☺️

This is a super cute historical cottage that has been lovingly restored. We loved reading about its history. The farm property, the cottage and the hosts are all top notch. We were so appreciative to get to do laundry before heading back to the US - thank you! This is a comfortable and relaxing unique stay set in a beautiful valley. Great Airbnb!

Thanks Judy! we loved this place. it was so good to be away from the direct bustle of the Queenstown downtown. We were prompted to explore the local area up to Coronet Peak, Ayrburn and Arrowtown it gave us the most pleasant stay in nature. The barn is such good value and and as quintessential kiwi family gathering in Queenstown for a 80th staying at the barn was proclaimed the best accom and a great evening in beautiful weather at the barn having dinner together. Judy it was better than we could have imagined. Mum proclaimed we didn't need a lunch on the Earnslaw as she had the best family pre birthday night. Many thanks Judy. we will be back.

Lovely little place to stay. Very close to Aryburn where we attended a wedding. Would recommend this place! Car essential.

We met Mari when we arrived & had nice natter prior to unloading the car. We found the accommodation excellent and Marc had provided made additional extra in the kitchen which we didn’t expect, some nice touches… Also, there were pictures on the walls making it quite homely and finally, the wifi login was a breeze, due to his gadgets… Go Mari! We’ll certainly return when we visit Cromwell.

We stayed here in our way to Dunedin It was a perfect place to spend a night. This house isnt tiny :) it feels like a medium apartment and there is plenty of space. House was very cozy and clean. It was a perfect stag for our one night. It was super quiet and bed was very comfy. I highly recommend

Thank you for the most wonderful stay! Claire’s home is beautiful and everything is as described. She is extremely accommodating and friendly with great communication throughout our stay. The finer touches definitely don’t go unnoticed. Claire has extensive knowledge of the area with great recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. Highly highly recommend Claire’s place for a peaceful getaway in Arrowtown. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back 😊

Melody and Jacob’s place was perfect for our four day stay in TeAnau. It was comfortable, clean, well-laid out and decorated nicely. Melody and Jacob always replied to our questions and were helpful with local suggestions. Their Airbnb is located just a short drive or ten minute walk to the town center, where there are numerous restaurants and shops to explore. Not to mention all the outdoor activities available, from hikes along the lake to driving up to Milford Sound. My personal favorite was taking a cruise aboard the sailboat Faith with Fiordland Historic Cruises. This Airbnb made our trip very relaxing and comfortable.

This was such a cozy and comfortable cottage, with thoughtful touches and a kind and responsive host! The bed was very comfortable, a great sleep! The cottage was laid out well and felt like plenty of space for two of us.

We enjoyed two weekend stays before and after tackling the Milford track. The Cabin was perfect for us – we loved the elevated location which provides really great views of the lake while central Queenstown is readily accessible. One implication is that surrounding streets are steep. The first weekend we relied on the Orbus bus service which is frequent, fast and amazing value. We also walked into town and ran a couple of Strava routes along the lake foreshore and foothills. For the second weekend we hired a car, which gave us the flexibility to visit Mora Wines for breakfast, get in a last day hike (the Moonlight track from Arthurs Point), and make several trips to conveniently collocated supermarkets on Gorge Road (FreshChoice for staples and the more upmarket Raeward Fresh for salads and BBQ fare). We made great use of the BBQ, and the laundry facilities, given our activity! As a host, Melanie was helpful and responsive, and kindly allowed us to store luggage while on the track.

We liked Anna's place. It was as advertised. It's in a suburban style neighborhood in the middle of Arrowtown. A bit on the small side, but that is clear in the pictures. The bed is between the kitchen area and the little dining table. There's a private area outside the front door with 2 chairs, nice for a glass of wine, etc. Arrowtown is definitely worth a visit, especially the Chinese mining district and the Lakes District museum. It is on the list of every tour company, so you'll have plenty of company on the historic streets.

Our stay in Wanaka and at Sarah’s airbnb for one night was great. Everything we required was in the house, and its proximity to the lake, the Wanaka tree and the townsite was wonderful. In addition to this, Sarah’s communication was immediate. Would recommend this as a place to say.

Really cool place. Just as described. Wish I could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the yard in the barbecue longer but unfortunately it was just a short stay. Would highly recommend.

One of our favorite stays in New Zealand!! Absolutely adored the lookout. The views were amazing. We took advantage of stargazing in the outdoor tub where epsom salt was provided (and much appreciated following our hikes!) Wish hell we’d stayed more days — an incredible Airbnb!

This was the most well curated stay I have ever had. The place was absolutely lovely. Our host provided us with local coffee grounds, chocolate and wine. We loved the outdoor tub for stargazing! So cute, welcoming, and a perfect place to stay in a beautiful town
