Stayed at Marshall’s place for a couple of days to visit our daughter at UNCW and stay somewhere that had a kitchen, enough room for us all, as well as a nice big yard for our dog to run around in. The house did not disappoint!! Each morning, the wife and I walked down to the riverfront for coffees as well as a little site seeing along the way. We went to the beach one day, which was a short drive away. We were also able to cook for our small family in the well stocked kitchen. An all-around great experience!! Will definitely stay again!

What a lovely place - Exceeded our expectations- quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient; another plus, super close to downtown. We were there for 22days while our house was being renovated and felt right at home. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was a very beautiful, dog friendly and quiet place. Neighbors were friendly and we were able to walk our dogs even though they had a big beautiful fenced in back yard. The house was clean and stocked very well.

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

I had an amazing stay. Shawn was very helpful in making sure we understood what we were doing with the entry, and all questions I had were answered with great communication. This was my first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed the stay at the Cottage. We’ve been coming to OKI for years through Airbnb and haven’t been disappointed; this place was no different! Very clean, lots of kitchen tools/appliances, quiet street: we would definitely come back.

The place was great. Plenty of amenities, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and we cooked most meals. Neighborhood was very quiet and any get togethers in the area were done and quiet by around 9. Fenced in back yard was great for our dog and the bikes were really nice to use. Easy walk to the beach by a pedestrian bridge just one street over. Several great restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive.

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

Made the golf trip even better. House was as described and beds were comfortable. Kaci was responsive to a couple of questions we had and overall things went really well well. Would stay here again.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

Cliff is always great and responsive. We have rented his places before and it has always been a great experience. Thanks again for another great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Great location with the public beach access close by, canal across the street and walking distance to putt putt and the pier. Heather was so kind!

This home is was a great option for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Had plenty of room and utensil’s. The living space was great and worked well for our family. Having the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The high chair and crib plus the pack and play was perfect for our grandchildren. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all our guests commented about how comfortable the beds were which is important. Great location with plenty of things around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area with a large family.

Location is perfect. Quiet street and easy beach access. I am picky about cleanliness and this home did not disappoint. Clean and well decorated. There are two adjoining homes that would be perfect if you’re looking for a large space for a big family. We had room to play corn hole in the yard too. Hot tub is a plus. Size was perfect for four people with comfortable beds and soft bedding. Kitchen well stocked. We only cooked one meal but we had everything we needed. We had dinner at Frankie’s less than a mile away and our party highly recommends it if you’re looking for a good, casual meal. The restaurant is small so I would make reservations. Host was responsive.

Pauline was an excellent host and her home is wonderful. You can see, smell and hear the ocean from the front porch. Every detail of this home was well thought out for a family visiting with their dog. The large fenced in yard was perfect. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The additional amenities in the bathrooms and bedrooms were a nice touch. I’ve never needed to pack so little to stay in a rental home as everything we would need was provided. The location is perfect as there are multiple restaurants and a grocery store within 1 block. At night, it is very quiet in the neighborhood. Beach access is a short walk away. This home has everything and more!

Carolina Beach is always a fantastic place to stay. Island time was quaint, well equipped and within walking distance to a public beach access. You can hear the waves from the ocean and take in the view of the canal across the street while enjoying the breeze on the small deck. Would recommend and will book again.

The house exceeded expectations, was spotless when we came in and a 30 second walk from the closest beach access. We will definitely be booking again

The best for location, money and privacy. Within walking distance of everything, has everything you could need in your time away from home and very well kept! Would definitely stay again.

great spacious home, nearby beaches, grocery store, and reasonable trip to the airport. Host was friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. really enjoyed this one.

Really nice stay. Single room and bathroom in historic house. Short walk to Castle Street with great restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also walkable to downtown and waterfront. Katherine a very responsive host, thought of everything. Communucated frequently and left a list of restaurant recommendations. Complimentary bottle of wine and a corkscrew. Clean, well-appointed room. Snacks. A fridge and microwave. On a main street but set back, some noise but mostly very quiet and private. Charming. Just very nice and near perfect for one person or a couple.
