The stay was very good, apartment was super clean and had all we could ask for. Location is far enough from the main part so it's not too noisy but not too far that it's walkable. Will stay again

Flat was perfect for my needs. The location was fun. It’s off the busy streets, near the college and walkable to almost everything. I’m 70y and I walked to stores, restaurants, train station, theater and to the Beatles museums. Always felt safe and secure.

Perfect ground floor apartment in centre of town, yet very quiet. Within a minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. Very dog friendly, lovely little enclosed garden. Apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a mini or even an extended stay. Comfortable beds and lots of linen, towels etc. Hosts very responsive and gave excellent directions/instructions for entering privates gated complex. Would highly recommend and we all agreed would stay here again if in area.

The flat is in a nice and convenient location with Fairhaven and Lytham in walking distance and the rest of the Fylde Coast easily reachable by car or public transport. It was comfortable and cosy and just as described online. Check-in was also uncomplicated with the code, the kitchen was well equipped and the wi-fi worked fine. All in all, we had an enjoyable 2-night stay.

- Craig is a great host very accommodating with any extra queries and response time was very prompt . The place itself is in a very central location great for access and has every amenity needed . Will be rebooking !

I stay at Neils beautiful apartment several times a year , mostly a week at a time , and it is absolutely perfect, very clean and comfortable, ideally located for the shops , pub nearby, and a walk on the seafront too . Great place !!

Julie’s place is lovely. She has thought of all the useful things, from clear instructions and coffees and fresh milk in the fridge. The place was spotless and well equipped with lovely comfortable furnishings. It was easy to check in and we felt we had a very good amount of privacy. Julie was helpful when we had to change a date at relatively short notice and checked how we had settled in. The location was perfect for visiting Lytham high street and local shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay and we will definitely look here next time we stay in the area!

Our second stay with Chris, excellent place and hosts. We were glad to have the dates that we wanted for a trip up visiting family.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this lovely little apartment, the location was fabulous, literally a few yards from the promenade for a walk, handy as we had 2 dogs with us. Margaret was absolutely lovely, she even bought me a little present for my birthday, a lovely touch. Lots of little touches to make it feel like home. The hamper of goodies was most welcome, lovely quality items. I would 100% recommend this for a stay. Thank you Margaret

A delightfully large apartment above a utility room(so stairs to climb) overlooking a tree lined garden. Equipped with all facilities/equipment, so could have self catered for a week plus very comfortably . Welcoming by hosts was brilliant, friendly, informative and they were willing to ensure could reach venues suggested for meals. Local eateries within 10 minutes walk of the house but also local buses running further afield. Plenty of parking space within the grounds of property, which was set back from the road. One to return to if want to explore more of the area

We loved our stay here, it was convenient for access to the beach, and an easy drive to the centre and all the attractions. The appartment was surprisingly large with lots of room. They have Netflix access which made the kids happy, and the roof garden was a lovely little escape space. Thank you Phil!

Absolutely fab apartment in a great location. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. Beds/sofa really comfy and was an easy, relaxed space to be in. Liz was a fab host - great communication and really amenable.

We had a wonderful stay at Jess's place! She was a lovely host, always available to answer any questions and helped out whenever needed. Great spot in Liverpool city centre. Walkable to everything. Great to have two bathrooms and plenty of beds for lads for a stag. Loads of space in the apartment. Great friendly host easy to communicate with and was great to give some flexibility on checking in and out. Would highly recommend!
