Our host Beth was great, very proactive and extremely helpful. We stayed in the 'The coach house', which is a beautiful, serene retreat with breathtaking views. We highly recommend staying here If you are looking for a stunning, private and convenient base for your adventures on the Isle of Wight.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

A fantastic apartment right by the seafront. A great location for literally everything! The property looks just like the advert and it felt homely and comfortable. Both Soraya and Matthew were amazing hosts and very very responsive and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seafront bnb!

Fantastic place with a wonderful view. Clean, sleek decoration and everything you might need (but no soap!). We enjoyed watching the buses, trains, and ferries buzzing in and out. View of the HMS Warrior too. Easy to access, clear communication and car parking. A great place to stay.

Perfectly placed on my favourite street in Portsmouth. Great bars and restaurants. Beautifully presented accommodation. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Short walk to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay again.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

What a lovely house - fabulous location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, the garden is a little sun trap and the balcony was lovely bonus to watch the sunset from. The house was clean and it’s great to have a place that has a sofa that accommodates everyone comfortably - we all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Louise was really helpful with all the check in details. We had just the loveliest stay - there were 6 of us, my brother and sister and their partners, along with my husband and I - we try and get away twice a year and have done for years and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest stays we’ve had - the weather help for sure as it was glorious, but the house and location. played a bit part too. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

We had a lovely short break on Hayling. House was beautifully laid out, clean and accessible, child and dog friendly! Although we were only there for 2 days, it would have been good to have things like salt/pepper, cooking oil, kitchen paper etc available, especially for the price. Limited things like tea towels available for use and with a child and a dog, you need more than one sometimes. All that being said, we can not fault the property, the view, the hosts, the information provided to us. Extremely helpful information folder available with not only instructions of everything you may use, departure instructions but local attractions including restaurants. One local place we had been to before and decided to revisit due to the welcomed sunshine was Inn on the Beach, great place 5 minutes up the road! Thanks again for our mini break!

We had a lovely stay, the house is perfect for family get togethers being open plan and is very well equipped (plenty of crockery, cooking stuff etc). The location is amazing, with direct beach access from the garden and amazing views out to sea. Would definitely recommend

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

This is only the third time we have had a getaway through Airbnb and again not disappointed. A great apartment situated within easy walking distance of East Wittering Beach and around a 6min drive or so to West Wittering Beach. The apartment was super clean and very homely. We had a two night stay and must admit think we got lucky with the weather. Blue Skies and not a cloud do be seen. Allison is a great host, friendly and responsive and everything was as described.. Would definitely book again as this place is great and an idyllic get away, for a mini break from city life. Thanks Allison!!!

It was great staying at Beshley's place, just 10 mins walk from Canoe Lake and the beach, so was very convenient.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!
