We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

What a beautiful place we had a lovely time celebrating family birthdays. The house is lovely especially the lounge which is a gorgeous room with a great view. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for our group of 9 never needing to wait for a toilet to be free. The big table in the kitchen works really well too. Claudia is a great host , very friendly and full of lots of information about the farm. The pool and other facilities are great too. The only downside is it’s so nice you don’t want to leave to explore the island. Thanks for a great stay would love to come back.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the red squirrel lodge. The lodge was spacious, clean and included everything we could need for a long weekend. It was in a great location, easy drive to local attractions and the park itself was quiet, meaning we could get a good nights rest. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had a fantastic Easter half term mini break staying at Lucy's lovely Annexe. Our first trip to the Isle of Wight, taking our electric car over on the ferry. Family of 4 (our kids are aged 8 and 5) absolutely loved the private heated pool and we took advantage of using this every single day of our stay. Bonus part was that our 8 yr old was able to stand up in the pool and it wasn't too deep for her. The chalet was immaculate, warm and was like home from home. We had a very comfortable stay and would like to thank Lucy for being such a wonderful host. Location was perfect and cosy, as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Would highly recommend this chalet. Lucy is a top host, very responsive, friendly and super organised.

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

Great short stay at Nicola’s caravan, very responsive with any questions, helped with booking the ferry which was a great saving Thankyou ! . Clean, tidy and everything we needed in the caravan. Great short walk into the holiday park and beach, good food ….. will definitely look to book again…… and a nice touch with a bottle of Prosecco left for us on arrival …. Thankyou

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

We had a lovely time during our stay at Beach Breeze. From booking to arrival, Sally-Anne's communication was excellent - including helpful details like making us aware of the local firework display that was happening during our stay, as she knew that we were bringing our dogs. Beach Breeze itself is a lovely chalet - it was immaculate on arrival and is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little details. It was perfect for our familiy of four (plus two dogs) and was fully equipped with everything that we could have needed during our stay. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the beach and within easy access of all the local amenities and attractions. Sally-Anne was in contact throughout the stay to make sure that we had no issues and even offered a later checkout at no additional charge, which was really helpful All in all we were delighted with our decision to book a stay Beach Breeze and are looking forward to booking again in the future!

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.

My second wonderful stay at Daisychain. Daisychain was spotlessley clean on arrival, and was very warm and cosy. There was every amenity in the kitchen you could ever want, and a few little extras like coffee and biscuits! Its in a great location, near the beach, town centre, and the amusements and fairground. Even so, we never heard any noise at night and it is a really peaceful place to stay. The beds were warm and comfortable, and we all got a good nights sleep. I have already booked my next stay and very much look forward to returning.
