The location is great, nice safe neighborhood, and within walking distance of shops and coffee. There was a large fenced in yard for our dog and a nice deck, etc. We had a couple of issues and the owner’s response was fast and the issues resolved. We also had ample supplies of household goods. Overall, our month here was excellent.

Wry nice home for our quick stay

We came to town for my daughter's wedding shower with family. We booked this home to also get in a little beach time. The house was exactly what we needed. There was enough room for all of us. It was clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Holden was easily reachable for information or help on a rainy day. I would recommend this house to all and look forward to returning if the occasion arises.

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Our stay was too short, but we were happy to be in this area near family and friends, in a cute comfortable house with easy instructions and great communication before, during and after. Beds were exceptional and the private back yard (with its fire pit, putting green and seating) was inviting. We plan to stay again if it is available when visiting Jax!

It was a great place for our group to gather in a home with a great location. It had enough seating for all of us to enjoy each other, especially the wonderful pond view!

Dmytro is a star host! Clear instructions and super easy to work with! The location was convenient to the historic downtown area, grocery shopping and the beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

I had a fantastic stay at Susan’s place. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels and chairs. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay close to Vystar arena! We stayed for PBR! The backyard was so cute! Rooms were very nice and cozy!

Visited for a wedding in Jacksonville and the location was perfect. Apartment itself was also perfect for 3 nights. Bed was comfortable and the whole apartment smelled super clean upon arrival. Nakita was incredibly responsive and one of the sweetest hosts I've encountered. If ever coming back would love to stay again.
