Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

Amazing and receptive hosts with great recommendations. On the beach in minutes with private beach access. Close proximity to TPC Sawgrass one of the top golf courses in the country. The BnB itself had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!

This was the perfect place for my mom and I. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you need. Thought we would need to pick up a few essentials like coffee creamer, water, shampoo, and other items that we like to have, but didn’t even need to do that because the apartment was so well stocked. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Gregory is a great host! The place was perfect if you have dogs. The back yard is huge and feels very private. I look forward to staying again!

The apartment had everything I needed: the kitchen was fully stocked with items used for cooking, the bath had plenty of towels and soaps, the bed was comfortable and the porch was private and comfy. Mateus and his friend were very kind to help me unload my car, and Mateus also checked me in and gave me information about the rental.

I had a last minute visit to see my daughter, son in law and grandsons and needed a place quickly. Maria went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute reservation. She responded to my needs very quickly. Her place was so lovely and clean. I can't wait for my next visit and I will definitely be staying at her place each time. Thanks Maria you are a true gem!!!

Jose!! You need more coffee cups. ;) My wife and I had to share one. That is the ONLY thing we could say about the place. The yard was nice. Place was spotless. Put some Diet Cokes in the fridge! Would use it again. Loved it.

Jerri is an amazing host with great hospitality! Felt right at home. My little one enjoyed the gently Disney theme. Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone and hope to stay here again soon!

I stayed here solo for 10 days while in town to help take some shifts with a family member in the hospital. Tim’s place was in a great location, was very peaceful, had great WiFi for my remote work time, and had all of the amenities of home. I’m a neat freak and this cozy cottage exceeded my expectations. Tim also checked ahead of time about what set up I needed the bed in and checked in with me throughout the stay to see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in town. There is a Publix just down the street and lots of sit down, fast casual and fast food restaurants. It is also only about 5 minutes to the interstate.

It was a perfect little place for what we needed. Just got married and we enjoyed our first week together there very much!!

I can honestly say that Cameron’s place is one of my favorite AIRBNB’s I’ve ever stayed in! I felt right at home and it had everything I needed for my trip! I will definitely be staying here in the future when I visit my family in Jacksonville!!

The Knox family runs a solid Airbnb. They were on point—hospitable, quick to respond, and made sure everything was squared away. The place is in Avondale, a beautiful neighborhood in Jacksonville, and it’s in a prime spot—7 to 10 minutes from just about everything you’d need. No issues, no surprises, just a great stay. If I’m ever back in Jacksonville and they still own the place, I’ll be booking here again.

Ivan’s pool house was just perfect for my needs. It’s every bit as cute as the photos portray, the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook all my meals there, and there were lots of thoughtful extras provided. It’s a beautiful and peaceful property and neighborhood — and Ivan’s little dog, Lucy, is a sweetheart. I loved my stay! Thank you, Ivan. 😊

My husband and I had a great time, It was close to the places we needed to be and the place itself has everything we could ask for. Jorge was very welcoming and was there when we needed something.

I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy clean place I will be recommending to my family and friends who plan on traveling to Jax anytime soon Cameron check in to make sure I was ok throughout my stay toilet tissue,towels, paper towels and garbage bags was on standby as well as pots and pans for a homemade dinner if you would like

What a great location in such a nice neighborhood with a short walk to a beautiful wooded park area with trails, perfect to walk the pups. We loved the space and can't wait to visit again!

This place is amazing! The pictures portray it beautifully. This is by far the best designed Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Leslie and Aaron are very responsive. There were restaurants in walking distance—especially the Dreamette for amazing soft serve! Riverside and 5points a a very short drive for more activities and restaurants. We will definitely be returning!!

Lovely stay! This was our second time staying here and we loved it all over again! The pool is so private with a nice balance of sun and shade.
