the moment we got to the site, we felt a sense of peace. my girlfriend want to go camping but dont like camping so this was a surprise to her, mind yiu she had no idea what we was doing/going. told her to pack a bag and trust me. she enjoyed the stay and new experience very much. made smores and vived out to the viynal. went to one of her faviorte restuaraunts, "Daltons," only 14min up the road. i highly reccomend ! will most def book again in winter.

I had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place—everything was very relaxing and just what I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed all the amenities offered—the hot tub and pool were absolutely amazing and really made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

Right off the freeway so very easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. She has a list of recommendations if you need a spot to eat or place to see. We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Great spot to stay in Jacksonville without paying beach home prices. Cozy, comfortable home. Would recommend and will definitely look into staying here again if we are ever in the area!
