I had a fantastic stay at Susan’s place. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels and chairs. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Jorge’s place was super cozy and beautiful. I stayed here for a tournament I had going on that weekend and felt very much at home. The area is super pretty and there’s lots to do. I would for sure come back and stay again.

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

This condo is on the top floor in a transitioning neighborhood. It’s neat, clean, and as expected. I chose it because it is walking distance to MOCA. I was traveling on my own, so stayed in at night. Fresh Market is a short drive, so I purchased what I needed and ate in. There aren’t nice restaurants or shops nearby and not a lot of people out at night. Check-in is a little complicated, but there were detailed instructions. You park on the street to run up to the condo and get the key fob & key card for the parking garage and drop off luggage. Garage is a short walk. Great for the money and location.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Visited for a wedding in Jacksonville and the location was perfect. Apartment itself was also perfect for 3 nights. Bed was comfortable and the whole apartment smelled super clean upon arrival. Nakita was incredibly responsive and one of the sweetest hosts I've encountered. If ever coming back would love to stay again.

Paulo’s was a great place to stay. The condo was well furnished and very spacious. Felt like home. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Everything seemed new. One of the best things about the kitchen was that it did not just have 4 settings - it had at least 8 so you did not have to do dishes daily. Bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom again was stocked with a lot of towels and all amenities you need. We come to the area often and hope Paulo’s place will be a available. We stayed for a week.

Beautiful and quiet location! short distance to the beach and downtown. House was very clean and exactly as described! Jodi was helpful and quick to respond.

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

This was our 2nd time staying at Phillip’s place and we will certainly stay here anytime we come to Jacksonville. His place was exceptionally clean and Phillip was very quick - within 10 minutes - the one time we had a question. Thank you Phillip! Tracy

Pleasant stay! Everything was as described. Home was in great shape and beds were comfy!

Allissa was a great and responsive host! When there was an issue with a doorknob, she had someone come out right away to replace it. My family of three stayed for a month, and the kitchen gave us plenty of space to work well for that amount of time. The living and dining room furniture were a bit small to be totally comfortable for a long stay but would be perfectly suitable for a shorter stay. Allissa was also very welcoming of our two cats which we greatly appreciated! The house is about a 6-minute drive to San Marco which is adorable and full of cute shops and restaurants.

Host was able to meet my groups unique needs, included some last minute changes!

Gary and Rachel's place was exactly what we were looking for; steps from the beach, gated property, and private pool! As soon as we arrived, they were readily available and responsive to any communication sent their way. We would highly suggest and definitely book again!

Great location. The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite thing. Would definitely come back.

Nicki is a great host. Her place was spotless and absolute beautiful. The pool and grounds are pristine. It is a relaxing place to be and in 30 minutes you can be in downtown St Augustine then drive over the bridge to the beaches. We look forward to staying here again!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Vanessa's place was perfect for our long weekend. It is across the street from the beach, had all the things we might need for the beach or for cooking and it was very clean! Vanessa was also very helpful with advice or answering questions. The space is small but perfect for 2. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view and beach access was unmatched -- so gorgeous! The Condo was clean, roomy, and had All the amenities! We could have just brought our bathing suits and EVERYTHING else we needed was waiting for us when we arrived! 10 out of 10 would stay again!
