Loved this homely comfortable unit. Well maintained and clean. The balcony offered ever changing views of the Derwent. The below beach was an added bonus. Good location, close to casino, coffee and shops. Looking forward to going back.

This is by far the most aesthetically pleasing space we have ever rented. Great attention to detail in all of the finishes, state of the art technology/appliances and extra fun touches (like outdoor tub/see picture on site.) Hosts were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The harbor views are amazing and the Battery Point area is superb with restaurants, shops and groceries/fresh seafood in walking distance. The penthouse exceeded our expectations (comfortable, quiet, private) and we would happily rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Felicity’s place on Kingston Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across from the beach, with great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It was ideal for our family. Highly recommended!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

The communication leading up to and during the stay was top notch. House was immaculately clean and the location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful water view from the front and close to the location shop. Can't wait to come back here again.

Amazing stay at Wina’s place. Secluded bush retreat right next to the water and walking tracks. We were a group of all ages and there was something for everyone. Very well appointed - we cooked lots of meals and it had every utensil we needed! Thanks for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s. The location is wonderful with lots of peace and quiet and spectacular views. Drinks on the Little Deck watching the sun set was a highlight, as was seeing a whale go past! We would definitely return.

Stayed two nights after a two week lap of Tassie. We chose this location because it made a day trip to Bruny Island easy. Great views of the Derwent and an easy walk to the waters edge. Beds were comfy and the location was peaceful. The lift made it very easy to get the luggage upstairs. Joanna was proactive and responsive in the lead up to our stay.

Exceeded all expectations - the hot tub was exquisite.

Jimmy’s place was very welcoming especially walking into a warm house with the heating on. It was very comfortable with everything supplied you could possibly need. Great view and would definitely recommend staying there.

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful family home. We were a group visiting Hobart for a wedding with 3 little ones and the place met all our needs. Easy self checkin, more spacious than we thought and having a bath and 3 toilets was a bonus. Sandy bay is a quaint area that’s suburban but walkable to cafes, supermarket and the wharves. Lisa was very responsive and helpful too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
