Great place to stay, had everything one needs, easy access and Byron is easy to get a hold of if one needs any information. I would recommend this place to anyone.

good place clean quiet during the day but alot of noise after quite time. kind of kept my kids up because of yelling upstairs.

Michael is a kind & thoughtful host. Responsive to any concerns & made extra effort to make me comfortable in the space (air purifier was good size for that space). He made sure I was felt safe/knew about the local foot traffic through the area. I had several evenings I visited friends, returning long after dark. There wad no issues with my full SUV & a roof top carrier parked on the ave. Michael mentioned I was a longer stay than his average guest. Therefore, he shared the special instructions for washer & dryer use. Lots of appliances in kitchen for creating small meals & there’s random kitchen extras most places don’t have. FYI - if you’re over 5’11”, the lower ceiling & a smaller shower space might feel like a restriction to some (especially if you’re not use to basement stays). The 7 steps down was a big challenge w/ my chronic pain issues at this time of year. Layout however is great for single traveler & easy to pop downtown or drive out to the yellowhead. Todo estuvo increíble. La cocina muy bien equipada, tiene lo que necesitabamos y más. Cama y sofá confortables. Vecindario seguro y bien conectado a la red de transporte. Aliesha es amable y atenta, fácil para comunicarse con ella, incluso siendo nuestro inglés no muy bueno, fue muy paciente.

Always in great shape every time I visit. Host is quick and helpful in his responses and tenants upstairs are rarely heard. Awesome unit!

Easy process to check in and out. Kimberley was responsive when we had questions. Area was clean and in good condition.

Dan and Amanda have created a friendly and comfortable space that I wouldn't hesitate to stay in again. The suite is quite spacious, and the backyard is inviting. The neighborhood itself is lovely with many parks and easy access to the shopping centers along 170th street. The river valley is very close, via Patricia Ravine. From there are kilometers of hiking and biking!

The suite was fantastic for our needs! The kids enjoyed the bunkbed and loved the vacuum robot! The suite was spotless clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed for our week-long stay. We'd definitely come again!

Start to finish, it was a great stay in St. Albert. The space was spotless and was as depicted in the photos. Perfect location for my work plans. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. Thank you.

Alex’s place is a great place to spend a few nights if your are looking for a place close to downtown. Lots of parking and a nice backyard for the dogs. Beds are nice and comfy

This was truly a home away from home for us. Smaller basement unit yet there was lots of room for our family of 6. Cozy. Clean, organized, cupboards are labelled. Friendly host, checked in on us before we left his home outside. Will book again.

Beautiful house, private nice community, and very nice view! House had everything you need for your stay. Bed are very comfortable and the space is very well laid out. Host is very friendly, super responsive and all around pleasant to communicate with! We really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend this spot to anyone and I will definitely be back as well!

It was a great stay, we had a clean bedsheet, the whole place was rather clean. Other than that this was worth our stay, we’ll definitely be booking this place again soon.

The unit was very clean, check in was easy and seamless. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need during the stay. Good location, we had a great stay all around and would definitely come back!
