Soverato : locations de vacances en appartement

Kolaylıkla iletişime geçip odaya giriş yaptık. ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey odada mevcuttu ve oda tertemizdi . konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. appartamento carino e pulito,ottima posizione,host disponibile

Ho soggiornato due notti presso l'appartamento di Antonello con il mio fidanzato e un'altra coppia di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima: in dieci minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro di Lamezia, altre frazioni vicine e il mare. Sotto casa c'è un supermercato e altri servizi utili, tra cui una farmacia. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, moderno e pulito, dotato di condizionatori, phon, asciugamani e secchi per la raccolta differenziata. Le due stanze, ma anche la cucina (dove c'erano due bottiglie d'acqua) e i bagni, sono pulitissime e i letti comodi. Antonello è davvero gentile e disponibile; gli ho comunicato il nostro arrivo in anticipo e si è fatto trovare già dentro casa, accogliendoci in modo estremamente cortese e solare. Gli ho chiesto se era possibile posticipare il check out (fissato per le 11.00) e, dopo essersi informato sulle prenotazioni successive, il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo mi ha comunicato che, senza problemi, avremmo potuto lasciare l'appartamento alle ore 13.00. Ne siamo stati davvero felici, avendo avuto un matrimonio la sera prima. Un'esperienza assolutamente positiva in ogni suo aspetto. Appartamento super consigliato anche in relazione al rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Smooth check in, host always responded quickly, the apartment was very clean, exactly like on the photos, nice view from the balcony, lovely beach which had both enough sun and shadow spots throughout the day, and in the period of our stay there were hardly any other people, therefore very calm and chill beach experience, perfect for a relaxed stay. The apartment had convenient private parking and with the car it is very close to Pizzo centre. The wifi did not always work well for our devices in the apartment but everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay very much! would recommend and book it again!

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist mega! Mittendrin im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Meter der großen Piazza entfernt, wo alle Eisdielen und Restaurants sind. Klar bekommt man auch etwas Trubel von den Gassen mit aber das macht auch den italienischen Flair aus, meiner Meinung nach. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig! Stefania ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortete immer sehr schnell und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Sie hat mir sogar einen Flughafentransfer organisiert und einen Fahrer empfohlen. Ich kann sie und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Wlan war schwach - Nachrichten schreiben/empfangen ging gut aber Videos schauen oder streamen ging nicht. War für mich aber kein Problem, da ich genug Mobile Daten hatte.

Die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss der Villa, die über ein grosszügiges Entrée betreten wird. Sie ist sehr hell und stylish durch die bunten Fliesen, welche in allen Räumen verlegt sind. Ausserdem ist sie sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Giuseppe hat uns bereits eine grosszügige Auswahl von Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt - der erste Espresso, die erste Spaghettata konnte gekocht werden und viele Säfte standen bereit. Ausserdem wurden wir in den 9 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit mehrmals mit frischen Eiern verwöhnt und am Sonntag gab es frische Patisserie aus der lokalen Pasticceria. Herrlich! Wir konnten das Meer vom Balkon durch die Bäume des Nachbargrundstücks unter der Schirmpinie schimmern sehen und wir haben die Nähe zum wunderbaren Sand-/Kieselstrand genossen - jeden Morgen war unser erstes Ziel ein Bad im klaren warmen türkisfarbenen Wasser. Giuseppe und Carmen sind sehr sympathische umsichtige Gastgeber, die sich sehr gut gekümmert haben. Wir kommen wieder!

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement! L'hôte était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours prête à donner des conseils et à s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement était non seulement impeccable, mais il était aussi décoré avec soin, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à vivre une expérience authentique, agréable et paisible. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

Alberto e Gabriella sono due padroni di casa precisi, disponibili e attenti. L’accoglienza che offrono è davvero professionale. Il contesto in cui si trova la struttura e’ ben tenuto e immerso nel verde. Consigliatissimo.

选择住在这里是我最正确的选择，我在这里度过了很美好很舒适的时光！感谢房东Marenya，她就像亲人一样如此热心的帮助我解答一切，和关心我。刚到的时候，我发出一个下车的地址，Marenya立刻出现在我的眼前。用车载我到住处，她非常熟练的带我浏览了一遍家里，教我怎么使用用品。房间意想不到的美丽，非常整洁，干净，我特别喜欢家里的装饰，比照片的好看太多了！床很大很舒服，客厅很漂亮，厨房设备齐全……之后，Manreya 带我去了超市买了未来几天的食物，Marenya非常有趣，我很喜欢她的性格！还给我介绍了意大利很多好吃的，也给我买了食物和水☺️当我发现忘记买意大利酱，Marenya第二天给我买了两瓶送到房间，冰箱里她准备了很多饮料，非常多感动！如此完美的体验❤️❤️❤️

L'appartamento è bello e ben arredato, fornito di tutte le comodità. Le nostre figlie hanno molto apprezzato il trampolino e l'amaca, e noi l'area salotto esterna. I consigli forniti nel manuale trovato in casa erano tutti ottimi, e Filippo si è prodigato in maniera speciale per trovarci un medico quando è stato necessario. Come indicato nella descrizione, spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere il centro o le spiagge è veloce ma la risalita è ripida! Va comunque detto che il mare è talmente bello che merita la fatica! L'unica "delusione" è stata la vista, che in realtà dall'appartamento o dal giardino antistante non c'è, i cespugli essendo alti. La vista su Soverato si apprezza meglio durante la discesa/risalita.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Host estremamente gentile e disponibile, appartamento moderno e pulito con vista mare, a pochi minuti in macchina da tutti i servizi. Vivamente consigliato!

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio è stato piacevole. Il residence è silenzioso, ben curato e la piscina è pulita. Asa è un'host reattiva e disponibile. La casa è fornita di tutti gli accessori soprattutto in cucina; sono presenti TV e asciugacapelli. Il divano letto è comodo. Consiglio vivamente questa alloggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 17/8 in questo splendido appartamentino, fornito di tutto. C'era la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie, condizionatori che non abbiamo utilizzato, perché l'appartamento era fresco e di sera si dormiva benissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata, il giardinetto/cortile un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo fatto colazioni e cene con dei tramonti mozzafiato. Si era all'interno di un residence con posto auto e piscina... Vicinissimo pasticcerie, gelaterie e supermercati. Comoda posizione per visitare spiagge bellissime. 5 minuti da Pizzo vecchia, 40 minuti per Tropea. Un soggiorno fantastico che spero di ripetere

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

COMPLETA IL TUTTO LA PISCINA DEL COMPLESSO,PERFETTA PER GIORNATE IN COMPLETO RELAX E PER DIVERTIRSI CON I BAMBINI (NOI SIAMO UNA COPPIA CON BIMBO DI 6 ANNI). OTTIMA POSIZIONE SIA PER IL MARE CHE COME PUNTO DI PARTENZA PER VISITARE LA BELLISSIMA CALABRIA.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you
