We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, der Blick auf die rostigen Reste des alten Pier unbeschreiblich schön.die Badezimmer gut, eins mit Duache eins mit Wanne. Handtücher in neuwertigem Zustand. Das Haus macht einen modernen Eindruck. Das Wohnzimmer und der Esszimmertisch gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Umvergesslich : Kaffee trinken auf dem kleinen Balkon mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Man hat in Brighton eine sehr gute Auswahl an Pubs und Restaurants. Direkt hinter der Stadt wunderbare ländliche Gegend zum wandern. Wir habe.n uns wohlgefühlt!

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

Everything was ideal great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a great stay and appreciated Katarina’s hospitality. The house was a very convenient place for us to break up our long drive to Southern Spain and literally 5mins from the LeShuttle, and we got to enjoy being right by the beach in Folkestone as well. Super house and great host.

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Figuring out all the electronics was fun. The Dyson hairdryer was fantastic! Comfy bed and couch. Very clean, spotless carpet. We liked the wall projector as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location close to everything all walkable but there are a lot of hills, as long as you don’t mind walking and hills then it’s a great location, I loved it, kids moaned a bit but I’d definitely stay again.

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Perfect for us. Everything is carefully considered and clean and comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Renny's apartment. It is absolutely absolutely stunning. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. In the end we were disappointed to have only stayed for a couple of days! The front and rear balconies were perfect sun traps for the morning and afternoon sun. The free standing bath is just stunning. It was peaceful and yet well located for the beach and a short stroll into town. We would absolutely love to stay again and it is firmly on our favourites list!

Lovely place to stay! Underfloor heating and good quality linen. Also - bath and showers were incredible! Good pressure and decent hot water. Connor was responsive and proactive - it was super easy to check in and out. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere clean, modern and a little bit boujee! Xx
