The place really had everything you could imagine you could need, we felt like home. The terrace was amazing for a home-cooked dinner, we had the best time of our vacation there. Be prepared that the city centre is very close, but you need to get up on a hill on your way home. We were very happy with this accommodation and will be returning again!

Perfect apartment for me. Great area close ro the the beaches and local stores all within a 5 to 6 min walk. Ground floor apt with a sitting porch. Personal assigned parking spot! Large shower with strong water pressure and a handheld Bidet. Perfect. Washer and Dryer that look brand new. This really was useful! Apart has everything you need and was very clean. Kind and friendly. I stayed here over a month. Very satisfied.

We loved our stay at Naime's apartment. Everything was super clean, there was toiletries, plenty of kitchen equipment, cleaning liquids and everything you might need to cook, wash or shower. Apartment was very comfortable and looked exactly as on the photos, with beautiful views. In addition, where we travelled with a child and also a baby, Naime provided baby crib with baby linen, high chair for feeding, plenty of toys for babies but also bigger kids and to top it up there was even a baby towel and baby plates and spoons. The internet was of good quality. Naime was super quick to respond to any questions we had. She provided additional useful tips and directions. Also the building greatly managed with nice entrance, many elevators and playground. It is just on the entrance of the sea garden which makes it perfect for walks, biking and going to the beach. We greatly recommend both for families and couples/group of friends.

I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have spent a vacation with my kids at Velichka’s place. She is one of the most radiant, positive, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met! I felt right at home—it’s cozy, warm, and has everything a family could need for a long vacation. Plus, the beach is just across the road. Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

Boris und seine Frau waren tolle Gastgeber. Man merkt Ihnen an, dass Sie selbst grosse Freude am Haus haben. Der Empfang war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, wir wurden sehr gut durch das Haus geführt; wie was funktioniert und wo was gefunden werden kann. Auf Rückfragen kam immer eine hilfreiche Antwort. Das Haus ist an einer wunderschönen Lage mit einem weiträumigen Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön gestaltet und aufeinander abgestimmt. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Wildtiere in der Umgebung runden den wunderbaren Eindruck perfelt ab. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns sehr gut entspannen können. Boris's AirBnB ist absolut empfehlenswert, ein Schmuckstück.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Много приятен апартамент, всичко беше чисто, подредено, ново. Имаше всички необходими удобства и уреди. Домакините бяха приветливи и добронамерени. Приемат и домашни любимци, за което заслужават допълнителна звездичка към отзива. Определено много ни хареса.

Beautiful Apartment and very well maintained. Looking out from the living room you can see the sea and various ships docked out in the bay. Apartment area was peaceful and quiet. This Unit has a washer and dryer combo! Big upsell here! This might not be a big deal in the summer months, but in the fall and winter months its wonderful! Fast Internet for work also. Was able to have multiple Teams meetings. I always found parking! Big bonus. There are about 4 spots for parking along the street. I stayed here two months and maybe 10 times I didn't have parking on the street and that was no issue because there is a grass parking area 20 feet away that always has room! Also the fish restaurant next to the grass parking is really good! If you turn right (walking) at the grass parking area you can see the restaurant. If you turn left instead and walk 3 blocks there is a local grocery store open 24 hours! Full service car wash right when you enter Sarafovo You will be happy to stay here!

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Отличная квартира, все удобства, чисто, локация - супер, все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень внимательный и при этом тактичный, его присутствие ощущали только когда это было нам нужно. Единственная (впрочем обычная для многих городских центров) проблема - отсутствие парковки рядом (даже 3-4 минутная разгрузка и погрузка вызывала проблемы и раздражение соседей).
