The accommodations were absolutely incredible. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

The condo was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. My kids loved the pool and how close the beach was. The location is also very convenient for restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Cocoa Beach!

This place was new, clean, upscale, and beautiful. Everything was exactly as shown. We enjoyed the garage parking. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We used the laundry machines alot. We enjoyed the beautiful walking paths. My only complaints are that the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not very hot. Also, the building is so new that we had to enter address as 735 Cone Road and pizza hut needed special instructions to locate the building.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

Nice place. Right across the street from beach access. Like other reviews stated, you can definitely hear other guests on the second floor but wasn't a big deal.

The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short drive away, we had easy access to some of the most stunning coastline, making beach days effortless and enjoyable. Groceries and restaurants were close and convenient too. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, providing some of the best sleep we’ve ever had while traveling. It was like sleeping on a cloud! On top of all that, Cooper was an exceptional host, responding to any questions or needs almost instantly. His attentiveness and hospitality truly elevated our experience. We can’t recommend this place enough—whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway by the pool, easy access to the beach, or a beautifully maintained home with top-notch comfort, this is the place to stay. We very much enjoyed our stay at this nice Airbnb in Titusville. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the many special touches, including night lights, lots of charging outlets, restaurant recommendations, mints, etc. We loved the location, close to the Kennedy Space Center and the Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve. We thought the house would be closer to the water, based on the description in the listing, but enjoyed that we could walk next door to the restaurant, and across highway 1 to the park on the water where we had a good view of the rocket launches. We found the neighborhood to be quiet, and felt safe. We would love to stay here again on a future visit.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 5 days. The house is spotless, updated, beautifully decorated. Big private yard with patio we enjoyed meals at and also enjoyed the hot tub! close to beach, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend We loved it. Lukasz is very proactive, attentive and easy to reach!

A perfect and hassle-free stay after visiting KSC! The listing was easy to find and access. JJ’s place was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent value, wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved River Fly-In Condos! It is close to all the Space Coast destinations. We had two-day passes to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. It is also close to downtown Cocoa which is full of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want to set up a temporary home for vacation. JJ was also very responsive when we had a slight issue with our door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was fabulous. From the secure entry to the parking garage, to the lovely decor and pristine condo, everything was perfect. JJ responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! Great location, lots of close shopping, restaurants, and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, only downside being there weren’t any lounge chairs by the pool which was kinda strange. Condo was stocked w essentials needed. JJ was a very kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at USSSA space complex. It was a 20 min commute. We also drove to the cocoa beach which was 10-15 mins. We are ate at restaurants as close as 5 mins- up to 15 mins. The place was a dream. So beautiful, peaceful, & clean! Love drinking our coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on the back patio. Absolute perfection!! Would def stay here again!! The host was very responsive and helpful!!
