We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Very nice place to stay with our big family, very convenient and close to all the amenities. Would stay here again for sure!

This place is a gem. I could have sat on the deck overlooking the canal for hours and not be bored. It was like our own wildlife preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds, manatees and one dolphin siting. It was peaceful and quiet. The walk to the beach access nearby was a breeze, although if you have a lot to carry, you might want to drive....free parking! John's kitchen was very nice and functional. The bed was super comfortable. John was very responsive whenever we had a question. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there are stairs to go up to get to the unit. Suggestion: for people flying in, it would have been nice if the spices were fresh in the cupboards and/or if there were some condiments in the fridge. These are things that air travelers aren't going to have with them. The in room laundry was great to have! We would not hesitate to visit again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s home - very quiet area of neighborhood. Home was spacious with 2 living areas. Kitchen was well stocked with starter items which was very much appreciated. The backyard was so well planned with the pool surrounded by lush shrubbery, trees and wooden fence which provided total privacy. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

My wife, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Amber's place is exactly accurate to her listing and she is a great host who was very friendly and timely with her communication. Her place is in a very quiet neighborhood and everything felt like a home away from home! The fully fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog to explore and play around in, and the large screened in porch was great to sit and enjoy the fresh air! I would definitely recommend her place to anyone and would absolutely re-book with her anytime we're planning on staying in the area!

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This was our second stay at the Ballard Estate and we just love it there! We love the character of the estate, the beautiful grounds, the pier and the gorgeous views outside of each window. Can't wait for our next visit!!

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

Our stay at flower power on Cocoa Beach was everything you could expect. Kathy was very responsive even checking in on the day that I had relatives coming for a picnic to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved going down to the river in the morning to have our coffee and fish. Went to the beach every day and used the sun shelter. Kathy provided. We’ll probably be going back.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

Perfectly situated (for us) with a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We used it as a base for a two day visit to NASA so we didn’t use any of the beach equipment on offer. This apartment would be great for a beach holiday. It was easy to find and the parking space was a must have.

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.

Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.
