This was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway! Perfect location from the downtown area and the beaches, beautiful pool/hot tub, and the dock was amazing! Hosts were very responsive! If we find ourselves in the Cocoa Beach area again, we’ll be sure to book here!

We enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was as described. We were so close to the beach that I could hear the waves at night. We had everything that we needed; towels, cooking utensils, TV, games. There are places to sit outside in the front and back of the house, which is very nice to have when you want to enjoy the outdoors. The host was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Helen and Charles place. The place was clean and spotless. It was larger than what the photos showed. We love sitting on the porch, watching the boats go by. The road leading to the house was so beautiful with large oak and Spanish moss, and we were so close to the ocean, which was just across the bridge. Helen was such a sweet person and so friendly. We met Charles, and he was very nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful week stay! The condo was perfect. Had everything you could want and more. Great location, walkable to many restaurants, beach, and groceries. Saw 3 rocket launches. Spent much time on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. So relaxing. Pat is a great host! Thank you!

good little getaway quiet stay

host is great, extreamly friendly. House is as advertised and exactly what I needed. other host canceled on me 15 hours before check in. Alexander helped me find a place that day. Can't say thanks enough. Saved my vacation.

The location was convenient for my needs and for visiting Melbourne. There is off street parking and it was handy to have the washer and dryer. The Studio is private and perfect for one or two. My dog appreciated the outdoor space as did I. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. You can walk to go to several restaurants and bars. There is a park very near with a public pier. Most things are within a 5 mile drive. Steve, the host, was so helpful with directions and full of ideas about where to go exploring!

Julian’s place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and easily accessible. He communicated promptly and answered any questions we had. Julian was a great host and I look forward to staying with him again in the future. If you’re looking for a convenient, quiet place to relax I’d recommend Julian.

My stay was very pleasant even though I was only there during the night. The cleanliness was exceptional and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Alana and her husband are such wonderful host and were very nice to talk with. This cozy spot was conveniently close to my summit meeting I had attended just right down the road. I look forward to another stay next year on my next business trip.

Frank made my stay easy and comfortable. I will stay there again the next time I am in Palm Bay. As a host he greeted me and made sure I was comfortable each day but was not intrusive. I feel I have made a new friend in Palm Bay. The room and furnishings were exactly what I needed for a short visit with family. I slept very well each night. The bed was excellent and the environment was quiet. I could sit outside in the evenings to relax, and it was much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks Frank for making my visit go so well. Always helpful and the most pleasant folks.

Areen’s place is a peaceful oasis. She has crafted a really stylish space with a quiet outdoor space complete with bubbling water feature. The rooms are spotless and Areen treats her guests with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend Areen’s accommodation.

Our stay was great! There were a few minor concerns, but Olivia was very responsive. We plan to do a cruise out of Port Canaveral in February 2026 and we will most likely book Olivia’s place again.

The stay was very beautiful, small but cute. It was perfect for two people coming down to spend time together. It was very affordable and they stocked the place with all the little items you forget, like a sealed new toothbrush. It did not have an oven (which we knew from reading the description) but we made meals in a 2 qt crock pot we brought with us and had a wonderful time. We will absolutely come here again next year. Note: It is close to a school so be mindful when driving.

What a great find! I spent 3 months at this beautiful airbnb in Sebastian and it was a 5/5 experience. Here's why: The hosts Lorri and Darrell are the best. Lorri invited me over for homemade ice cream and snacks, check in was easy and friendly (they even left me some food as welcoming gifts) and they were always a text away if I needed anything. They obviously care a lot about their guests and their home and chatted with me like I was an old friend, even inviting me to meet the neighbors. Darrell is great too, he picked up a beach chair for me to use at the beach and even helped me with my car troubles- not necessary at all but a huge help to me! The place is clean, spacious and even better than the photos, a nice private apartment separated from their lovely home. The AC is nice & strong. Location is great, close to the beach and river full of wildlife and Sebastian has some good local businesses. I'd go on but I'm out of characters, I look forward to staying here again some day!

Our stay at the Coastal Haven was extremely wonderful and by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at!! Cindy and Paul are great hosts and far exceeded our expectations in every way. Cindy is very thoughtful and took great care in making the stay extra special for us as we celebrated our Anniversary. We felt like we were staying with family! It’s a very cozy place, and we felt right at home. It’s also a close walk to the beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. Amenities were great, they even had special treats for us, and everything was very clean. We definitely will stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks so much Cindy and Paul!!!

We had a wonderful time at the Sunrise King Suite!! The location is walking distance to the beach, and the apartment is updated and very clean. The basic necessities are included (toilet paper, soap, beach towels, dishes, etc). We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!!

fantastic place to stay, bed is very comfy and huge, shower was very good, whole place spotless, lovely touch with water and snacks on arrival, Deb was super friendly and helpful, very responsive to any communication, we both enjoyed our stay.

It was great value to stay for a weekend stop over visiting family.
