Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

My family came from Washington state to visit with family. It was our first time in Florida and we absolutely loved the house. It was just a few blocks away from the beach which was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and was pretty stocked with things we may need. She even had left some toys out for my 3 year old to play with! She messaged all the time with recommendations of things happening around the area and was just so kind. I truly appreciated how quickly she would respond to any questions my family and I had. We would definitely book here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a minute walk from a great bar/grill. The boardwalk was gorgeous. We went to the Manatee Park just 10 minutes away and saw so many manatees! The final night we stayed, we also saw a rocket launch. The place was clean and as advertised. It has a gym with a sauna and nice pool. We would stay here again.

Cape Crossings was the perfect location for an exciting visit to both Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. We found the condo to be very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The resort surroundings made our stay very special. A beautiful marina and casual dining at The Dolphin was an unexpected plus. We would use this property any time we plan to be in the area.

Nice place. Dis not encounter any of the mentioned setbacks… probably luck. The walls seemed this, however the neighbors were silent and we were never disturbed. The beach and restaurants are so close. Responsible host. Perfect check in.

The house was perfect for a large group! The location to the beach was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

Great place - easy walk to the beach! We had a great stay here. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean & comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. We loved the refrigerator with filtered water & ice dispenser. We biked about 1/2 hour every morning to watch the manatees frolic in the banana river. The beach is right down the block & the beach chair were really nice. It has a lot of room for two couples - so hopefully next year we will bring friends along to share the place. Lots of restaurants in the area & enjoyed “ ‘ first Friday’ activities within walking distance.

Really cute place!! Wonderful location! Walkable to beach —just a few blocks! The outdoor shower was a BONUS PLUS!! The space was comfortable and quiet. During our stay there was a street fest being held just a couple blocks over with food trucks and fun. Sheriffs dept and city hall were across the street. Also, would recommend the “Wizard of oz museum”just about 1 mile from the rental which is FANTASTIC!!!

Beautifully designed home with gorgeous water views! Heidi the host was super responsive and extremely nice. No details were left out of this spotless and well appointed home. We visited with 4 family members and the house was large enough we didn’t feel cramped at all. The elevator came in handy for luggage and was tucked away nicely. We enjoyed wine out on the terrace overlooking the serene water and watching the birds glide by. Definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Me and my wife spent 2 weeks at Laurens place in February 2025. We loved the place, very close to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Canaveral. Laurens place was clean, spacious and as advertised. Lauren was easy to work with and provided clear instructions. Highly recommended!

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place and it was just as great as the first. We love the location and felt right at home. We enjoy having quick access to Melbourne across the bridge ( our daughter attends FIT) but yet being minutes from the beach! Thank you Laura for accommodating us.

Only stayed 1 night, but was a great sleep! We ordered some local pizza and enjoyed the back patio.

Great place. Very close to the beach and great local restaurants. Appreciated the included amenities and supplies (trash bags, soaps, etc). Basic cleaning supplies were appreciated as well - no matter the amount of rinsing, you’re bound to end up with some sand on the floor. Broom and vacuum were helpful. Beach was clean and quiet. Was our home base to get to Kennedy space center and Jupiter.

Everything was great!! Very cozy place to stay with the family. Enjoyed the pool but yet was close enough to enjoy the beaches as well. Had amenities to use at the beach which was great as we flew in from WI so we were not able to bring chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and some toys for the young ones. Would definitely recommend to anybody and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Andrei helped set us up with a local rental car and had it delivered to the Orlando airport for us. Andrei was a great help in making this a great family trip. 5 stars all the way around!!!

Was very clean, comfortable and private location. close to everything you need. Stores, beach, restaurants, activities etc… was very responsive and help in any way you need. I have had surgeries from neck to hips and the bed was comfortable! This is important for me when booking so I had to say as I know others struggle and I had no issues. slept like a dream 😊 I can tell they take pride in their home and guests
