The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Joseph’s place in Lubbock is hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the quiet surroundings made for a perfect retreat. Honestly, I hesitate to leave a review because this place is such a great find—anyone who stays here is going to love it just as much as I did! Kali saved the day for us! We checked into another Airbnb that was filthy and not as presented in the listing. As we were looking for other last minute places available, my son remembered staying at the sandlot before and enjoying it. Thank goodness it was available! And thank you, Kali, for being super responsive and letting us book a last minute stay. We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when we walked inside. It’s a cozy home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The house was big enough to accommodate all of us ! Great neighborhood very quiet . House does drop down from street level but explained very well in check in instructions . House overall was a great stay especially the hot tub !
