Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood near lots of shops, restaurants and major tourist destinations. We really appreciated the breakfast that Maria left us. We highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed at this apartment for 8 nights in the Old Town section of València. We immediately felt like we were home, everything was so clean and comfortable. The weather was rainy and cold for our stay but staying in this Haven was a wonderful retreat from the yucky weather. Antonietta was a jewel and so helpful and kind to us. We still loved this area and will definitely come back.

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend in Malaga. The location was very ideal and in walking distance of everything we needed. Juan was especially very responsive both leading up to and during our stay, and gave plenty of very useful recommendations for places to eat & drink and sights to see. The apartment was very clean and exactly like the images here. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking. Thanks for having us!

Place was lovely! Great location, quiet but super close to many restaurants and walkable to several attractions. View from top floor balcony was beautiful! Small detail, but the elevator in the building was very nice for luggage. Would 100% stay again.

What a wonderful home base for our visit to Barcelona. A very quick and direct walk from multiple Metro and bus stops. Easily identifiable from the street and Website. A very seamless check-in. The interior of the apartment was great. A nice roomy kitchen and good sized table. The couch was comfy and a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a marvelous day sight seeing. The bed was large, cozy, plush and inviting. The bathroom was roomy and modern. Linens were great and the towel warmer is always appreciated. We were sad to leave. This apartment made you feel like you were a resident of the wonderful city of Barcelona.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

La casa es amplia, muy luminosa y se han esmerado mucho en la decoración. Limpieza excelente tanto en interior como en el jardín. Zona muy tranquila. Además de todos los servicios necesarios, destaca el gusto por el arte de sus propietarios presente en toda la casa. Muy recomendable.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist super. Sehr geräumig und schön. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall mit eigenem (Miet-)Wagen unterwegs sein oder nicht viel herum reisen wollen.

Martine was the perfect host. She has the most beautiful house with most amazing views. We rented her place for two weeks & we could just stay inside & look at the views & be happy. She received us with open arms; had many things such as fruits, cava, drinks, etc. to make our arrival quite pleasant. She had a manager available throughout our stay that was quite responsive. The house was in perfect shape when we arrived. We received two cleanings that also helped a lot. Just a few tips; there are a few beaches close by but unfortunately at that time they were quite crowded. There are a couple of beaches a bit farther away that are great, LLanca (wonderful restaurants & beach) & La Peyosa (great restaurant with view). El Bullie Foundation & El Pirata are also definitely worth visiting. Do not forget Cadaques & Figueras. My recommendation is not to visit during the month of August as it was extremely hot & crowded. But Martine & her team made our trip an amazing one.

Massive villa, was beautiful. Very comfortable, approx €14 Uber into centre. Lovely pool and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for groups or big families.

Ett boende som ligger väldigt bra mitt på gågatan. Rymligt med härliga uteplatser & närhet till resturanger, hav & matbutik. Laia har varit väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Rekommenderas starkt!

Stag party of 8 loads of room for everyone it's really well equipped in the kitchens and bathrooms fresh linen with towels on the beds and the location is perfect 30 euros in a taxi from the airport.

Perfect! To find a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in the heart of Barcelona for a reasonable rate was extraordinary. The building was easy to find and safe. There are two lifts (elevators) to take to the 8th floor. The apartment was absolutely spotless! So clean! The linens smelled newly washed and the beds were quite comfortable. It's actually pretty small but what they did with the space was so well thought out. The bedrooms were roomy with lots of storage. The bathrooms (so clean) were small but more than adequate. The kitchen has everything you need. The only thing to know is that the living space is fine for a group of 4 or less but if you tried putting more people in there, I think you'll be bumping elbows. The location was exceptional. Located right on the Plaza Tetuan, steps from a metro station and so easy to walk everywhere. We walked to the cathedral, the basilica, the gothic quarter, shopping, restaurants, grocery and more. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this apartment.

La casa está muy limpia y sobre todo acogedora con pequeñas cosas cotidianas que no te das cuenta lo bien que vienen hasta que estás fuera de casa (cafetera italiana, sillas para la playa, lavaplatos...). Está a las afueras de la ciudad fuera del bullicio pero bien comunicada por la línea principal de metro de la ciudad (parada a 650m). Sin duda muy recomendable.

Un appartement spacieux, tres bien équipé, vue magnifique Nous avons été accueilli par Polina, qui nous a très bien accueilli et bien expliqué les équipements de l’appartement Elle a nous a aussi conseillé de très bons restaurants. Nous avons pris le bus pour aller au centre-ville de Barcelone Je recommande cet appartement pour un excellent séjour

Jaume's apartment was beyond great, the face to face welcome and having the opportunity to ask all the questions directly in person was invaluable. the place is very well located with 3 train stations less than 10 minutes walk. I'd definitely stay here if I come back to Barcelona.

We had a fantastic stay at Cobi apartment, it was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The hosts were friendly and responsive, Claudio met us and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat - El Viti Taberna was amazing! The location is great, Sagrada Familia and the Gothic quarter are an easy walk, and for further afield there is a metro right outside the apartment. The area felt safe and is full of shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

El piso esta genial ubicado y en general bien amueblado / comodo. Andres es muy atento y esta al tanto de cualquier problema que puedas tener. Todo esta muy claro con las guias que comparte antes de llegar. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que estaban arreglando la fachada y habia un andamio en la terraza que no nos permitia tener las vistas de la Sagrada Familia ni estar fuera, si no hubiera sido por eso habria sido perfecto. Nos permitio salir mas tarde de la hora del checkout, lo cual se agradece.
