Great accommodation, close to beach, easy to walk to bar/restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Apartamento bien comunicado a 5-10 min de la mayoría de lugares turísticos. Y a 30 min tanto de la estación de autobuses como de trenes. Piso íntimo con patio interior. Tal y como se describe. En cuanto a la anfitriona estaba atenta y responde rápido a las dudas.

Reservé este apartamento para mis padres y mis tíos. Estuvieron encantados!! Francisco y Victorita fueron muy amables, respondiendo muy rápido y poniéndonos siempre facilidades. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La zona es muy buena y las vistas espectaculares. Sin duda, una experiencia increíble. Recomendaría 100%.

La estancia fue genial,fui con la familia para estar un par de días en la Warner Bros y decidimos por este alojamiento,se veía en el anuncio fantástico y así fue. Todo impecable y muy acogedor,no ha faltado un detalle,el anfitrión en todo momento muy atento y servicial. Seguro que volveremos,100% recomendable.

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Un lugar maravilloso alejado de la ciudad y con el esapcio suficiente para estar relajado y felizmente, pues puedes disfrtar de la piscina y de la calma del lugar.

Amparo was a very good host - always easy to reach in the case of questions and proactive. We found a way to communicate despite the language barrier, and she put extra effort making sure our stay is comfortable.

Wonderful property! The pictures do not do the apartment justice, it's fabulous! The view from the solarium and balcony is stunning. The beds are comfy and the whole apartment is great. Supermarket is literally next door to the complex. We even managed swimming in February! Just lovely.

Bernd’s apartment is everything that a great airbnb place should be; comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is beautifully appointed with fabulous art and incredible views. On a clear day one can look down through the coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and across to the African coast. It is situated in a peaceful spot within Samara resort on the edge of an apartment block, with a private garden area to one side and in front of the apartment. This made for a very quiet and relaxing stay (we stayed a month). We relied on Taxi’s (Taxisol) and online food deliveries, which was more than doable. Bernd was a very helpful and accommodating host, promptly answering any communication. We recommend staying at Bernd’s.

A superb place to stay - The apartment was stunning. A great 2 storey layout with two large terrace area’s giving views over the golf course. The rooftop terrace is fantastic with a great BBQ, quality furnishings and plunge pool (which is bigger than the images suggest). The entire apartment is very clean, well laid out and has everything you need. We stayed with our two children and we felt very safe at all times. Cabopino Golf course clubhouse is a 2 mins drive away and is a little Gem of a course too ! Cabopino beach/Harbour is a nice walk or couple of mins drive ! Tina is a great host who keeps in touch throughout. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again !

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!

I stayed at Miren’s property for 4 weeks over Christmas with my husband. We fell in love with Jávea and this property is a great location for the beach (5 mins walk) and the Port (20 mins walk). Being winter it was very quiet and peaceful. A great well equipped and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. We had good weather but when chilly the piped heating worked. Great underground parking for our van and very safe off street parking out front too. Only thing missing was a bit of sun on terrace but wouldn’t stop us visiting again which we hope to do next year.
