Great spot, the pool was lovely and the condo was equipped with everything we needed in a party of 4 with two teens!

Peter is truly a super host! He and his family were so helpful and friendly. The property is a real sanctuary and still close to town and activities. Would love to return and spend more time here. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Juliette and her husband were so warm and accommodating and responsive to all our queries. They were available for our late arrival and even sorted making sure we had food at the late hour by calling a nearby restaurant and ordering for us. The location is great and the pictures are exactly what you get. So peaceful and a wonderful way to end a day full of adventures in the jungle and our guides always picked us up right there at our cabin. We got the breakfast every morning and HIGHLY recommend doing it! It was always delicious and a life saver! I am still dreaming about Raphael’s hibiscus tea he brews himself. Thank you so much for helping make our stay so special! Oh and the 5 gallon jug of filtered water in your room is such a bonus. They really take care of you here!

Great property with lovely views - it is indoor /outdoor living and we spent a lot of time outside on the covered rooftop area. That’s where we made simple breakfasts and generally hung out until bedtime. It rained on our last evening - and we spent that in the room. Strong reco for Caracol - the host arranged that trip for us. Also, we had a car and so moving around was not an issue. Finally, having daily housekeeping was a treat! Note - the lovely hosts have dogs and we did occasionally pass them. Just something to be aware of if you are really not a dog person.

We had a wonderful time at Katia's beautiful home! The views are truly gorgeous (I don't think photos can accurately capture it), and we loved getting up early for the sunrise. We saw toucans and parrots among many other birds. Our kids frequented the pool on warm afternoons; pool size is larger than we expected. Location was perfect with easy access to San Ignacio and other sites. Katia communicated exceptionally well and was very kind. And the house was exactly as described and clean. We're so glad we booked this home!

Our stay with Julie and Gary was amazing! Not only was the cabana lovely and the view gorgeous, but Julie gave us a personal tour of her amazing community, recommending local places to eat and lots of tips on how to really enjoy our stay. It was an amazing first time experience in Belize! Julie and Gary are lovely hosts and I would 100% stay with them again!

We loved our stay here while in San Ignacio. We only stayed one night on our way through Belize but the home had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised! Make sure to check out the market and Hode’s Place and all the little shops downtown. Great location, 5 minutes from anything you wanna do

This is a great place. Beautifully situated by the river and very well maintained. The kitchen had every amenity needed for cooking, and all the appliances worked great. Olga, the manager, was extremely responsive and helpful, providing lots of local information. The bed is comfortable. There were amazing flower arrangements when we arrived. We felt very well cared for. Note: the cabin is about 15 minutes drive from San Ignacio. The village of Bullet Tree has a good French bakery (!) and a vegetable stand.

The view was great. The place spacious, the beds comfortable. The kitchen had most everything. Close to downtown but not near noise. Only noise was dogs, which is everywhere in San Ignacio.
