We absolutely loved our stay. The house exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with everything you can think of and more. The beds were plush, the furnishings were high end and the house had some nice touches like the oversized kitchen, the arcade game (favorite of kids and dads), the hot tub and the location couldn't be beat. The Northstar shuttle offered quick and convenient access to the Village amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing to note is there are a lot of levels so anyone with mobility issues, it may not work well for. Other than that, we would give our stay, the house and the management communication an 11 out of 10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

This house is unbelievable! The pictures don’t do justice! The views of the lake are even better in person! The lake looks so close! The house is very big and spacious. Very clean too. We felt very comfortable. Worth the money!

Family gathered from multiple states to enjoy a long weekend together and it was 10/10 experience for us. The pool table and hot tub were great entertainment. Plus the set up of the backyard and courtyard were so relaxing and encouraged great connections. Each of the living space rooms were large enough to accommodate all the company. The bedrooms were spacious. The drive to downtown was so easy- 10min or less. Wow- what a fabulous property! The hosts were responsive and friendly. Very happy with this property.

Lorrie was very responsive and accommodating. Her home is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Everything you’ll need is available!

One of the very best places we’ve ever stayed at. Boyd’s place is beautiful, pristine, and amply outfitted. Perfect for families! Location is spectacular. Would stay here over and over again!

David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!

June was very helpful and responsive. This condo was able to accommodate a group of 6 adults. The condo was as described, very clean and so close to almost all restaurants, activities, gas stations and shopping centers in Incline Village. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had products that we were able to use. June also gave great recommendations for food and activities. I would definitely book with June again.

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at Megan's house in Reno and had a positive experience. The location was excellent! It was not too far from downtown, and we enjoyed a nice view from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We appreciated the three bedrooms and the comfortable living area. The first night was a bit cold for us because the batteries in the thermostat were very low, causing the temperature to cycle on and off. I bought new batteries and replaced them next day, which resolved the issue. The shower drain in the living room bathroom was blocked at that time, resulting in slow drainage, so we all had to use the shower in the master bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay. Will stay there again^^

We loved this rental. It was very comfortable and plenty of space spread across 3 floors. Kitchen and dining area was spacious for us to gather for meals. Carmen was very responsive and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well accommodated with shampoo and body wash!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Madison was outstanding on both occasions. I found her friendly efficient and that she runs a tight ship. The house was clean, well appointed and everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a perfect location if you have business or pleasureat the northern part of the Reno Sparks area. Easy to get to from the airport or if you’re driving in from either east or west on I 80. I will stay here again my next trip. Perfect set up.

Tony’s, place was awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was pristine and perfect! Most definitely would like to stay again. Close to everything as well. Very spacious and relaxing.

This is going to sound like an exaggeration but, I have never felt more comfortable or at home in a rental house. Me, my cat and my 100lb dog felt very safe and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and the lake is about a mile down the road. I stayed for over 2 months and was genuinely sad to be leaving Ben’s place. The bed in the primary suite was very comfortable, with soft linens and fluffy pillows.

This was a great home with plenty of room for us to hang out as a group and cook together! Martin was very responsive when we had questions. Parking was also easy. I would love to stay here again!

Maria’s place was perfect for a getaway and business trip! Place was tucked away and very quiet at night. Interior felt like an art museum with lots of unique furniture, pieces, and floral themed items. Huge fridge! My wife and I would come back ASAP!

Great experience! This place was exactly what we wanted. The host is responsive and helpful. The instructions were clear, and the house felt like home. We were very impressed with everything and would definitely stay here again!

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

our stay at the Murphy house was 10/10 greatest experience at an airbnb so far. it accommodated our group perfectly. Pete is a great host and was very communicative. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. if we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Reno again we will definitely come back.

We stayed at Dani’s BnB for almost 2 weeks. Dani’s place was perfect for our pups - they enjoyed the backyard and the nearby hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and easily accessible to the highway, grocery stores and restaurants. It is great for travelers who want a lot of space, a kitchen with all the cooking utensils and amenities and the comfort of three bedrooms and two full baths. It is nice to spread out! For snowboarders / skiers, the location is an easy drive to Palisades Resort, Alpine Resort and Mt Rose. Dani is super communicative and clear about the check-in and check-out process. Thank you!
