This is to insure all cars can be parked in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking is permitted. No pets permitted. There is a second Airbnb unit in the basement. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, Upstairs in the loft are 4 different beds (Queen, Three Singles) &.a common area.
