Our stay in this beautiful apartment was wonderful. The town of Agios Nikolaos is a delight: beautiful harbor, not overly touristy, great restaurants. The apartment is centrally located, a few minutes walk to the harbor, quiet and peaceful. We had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a little trouble finding the place, but that was because we relied on Google maps instead of following the directions she provided. Once we read and followed her directions, we found it right away. Our host was always available by text, giving us helpful suggestions and advice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

The place was perfect! In a quiet location within walking distance to the sea and many restaurants. The surroundings were very green and we enjoyed the smell of orange blossoms from the balcony. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The beds are comfortable and it’s very nice having a clothes washer and dryer in the apartment. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Kalamata.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sofia. c'est une hôte très accueillante et véritablement sympathique ! L'endroit est paisible et se trouve facilement. Sofia est réactive et nous a gentillement lavé et plié notre linge. Le petit plus : nous avons pu cueillir quelques oranges dans le pré juste à côté.

U 15 dana lepog porodičnog letovanja koje smo proveli u Kalamati između ostalog spada i savršen smeštaj koji je ponudio Spyros. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu plaža i restorana, a opet u mirnom delu Kalamate tako da smo mogli da se odmorimo. Parking je uvek bilo lako naći. Što se tiče smeštaja, odlično postavljene dve terase ( istok i zapad) su nam omogućile da možemo da boravimo na njima .Spyros je opremio stan sa svim neophodnim detaljima i opremom tako da nam boravak kod njega bude lagodan i prijatan. Nadam se da je preporuka što je ovo nama drugi put da boravimo kod njega i da nam je njegov smeštaj pri traženju slobodnog apartmana kada smo hteli da rezervišeno smeštaj za letovanje bio prvi koji smo proverili da li je slobodan. Sve pohvale ljubaznom domaćinu.

This property is a real find, the location is perfect, you will be practically on the beach above a great restaurant with your private terrace looking out to the sea. A gem not to be missed

Affittato questo appartamento per una gara Spartan Race. Rania super disponibile ci ha aspettati in mezzo alla strada e disposto di qualsiasi info utile. La sua Ospitalità e gentilezza ci ha permesso di alloggiare in questa abitazione come se fosse casa nostra con il massimo dei confort! Tutto assolutamente perfetto! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli alla prossima gara! Eccellenti!

Fairer Preis. Saubere Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht. Typisch griechischer Einrichtungsstil. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar. Man gelangt gut zu Fuss zum Strand. Das Wasser vom Hahnen , kann nur zum Abwaschen und Duschen gebraucht werden. Es ist salzig und sollte nicht mal zum Kochen verwendet werden!

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

Le logement est très conforme aux photos Il est très propre et fonctionnel La vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est juste magnifique L’accès direct à la piscine est un + La climatisation est très utile et fonctionne très très bien Nous avons eu la résidence pendant 4 jours à nous tout seul Pour nous il a pas eu beaucoup de choses négatives : le chemin qui mène à la résidence est en cailloux oui mais ne nous a pas du tout déranger La wifi n’est pas très bonne .. un tapis de douche aurait été utile et surtout quelques casseroles poêles et autres pour cuisiner . Seul un faitout je dis bien SEUL un faitout était disponible ! Je pense que vous pouvez remédiez à ça rapidement pour que votre logement soit juste PARFAIT Je recommande néanmoins cette location
