Great place. At the edge of downtown so easy walk there. Very clean and nicely decorated. Only negative was noise from occasional motorcycle (expect this is unavoidable near Sturgess) and passing train. If you’re sensitive to noise, downtown may not be your calling. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

One of my favorite places we have stayed so far in an Airbnb! The owner made sure their bird feeder right outside our window was always filled and we got to enjoy watching the enormous amount of activity from the many birds in the area. It was such a beautiful place both inside and out. We wish we didn’t have to go home.

The price was so good in this place that we figured there would be a catch, but we were wrong. This was by far the best Airbnb that we have ever booked! It was absolutely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We loved the extras like the gym, game room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The bed was quite comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Black Hills!

We enjoyed staying at Rebekah’s place. It was centrally located to all that we wanted to visit from Crazy Horse Memorial to Badlands National Park. She even had visitor guides to look through which was super helpful us. I would recommend Rebekah’s place and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. It was private, quiet and a well kept home. She was also quick to respond to any messages.

This place exceeded expectations!! Pictures do not do it justice. We felt right at home with the amenities, cleanliness, and comfort. Nice central location too. We hope to stay again someday!

The apt is in the bottom. When you walk in there is the twin trundle bed. Everything is liked pictured. The apt was clean and Chris gave us a walk through. The laundry is a shared space, but there is a door with a lock to separate the upstairs from downstairs. Chris was super nice and was even willing and provide us with seasonings if we chose to cook. We felt safe and everything was clean.

Andrew's place was wonderfully quiet, impeccably clean, and extremely cozy. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. The space is equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel like home. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others

I’m a musician that was in town to play the Wild West Songwriters Festival in Deadwood, and Courtnee had left tea, honey, lemons, and a teapot for me to soothe my voice. It’s the most thoughtful thing an Airbnb host has ever done for me. And, I travel a good amount. Besides that, the place was well maintained and the hosts were great when communicating. Great place to stay, you’ll be happy you did.

This place is so charming! Sean and Lori have done a great job with all the details. It's close enough to the downtown area that we were able to walk. They were quick and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

We reserved this place the day of while driving cross country. We arrived late after driving through South Dakota from Chicago in a winter storm. Thipsuda and Jorge were very communicative and responsive. The house was exactly as listed. Check-in was flexible which was great since we didn’t arrive until after 11pm. The best part was the garage. It meant we didn’t have to clean off a snow covered car before departing the next morning. I would definitely come back and reserve this place for a tourist visit to the Black Hills!

This house in Rapid City is probably one of our favorite Airbnb stays. No shortage of anything..nice beds, nice towels, great big TV, and the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s really the best deal in town on an airbnb.

beautiful location and lodg. it was perfect for our family to stay 2 bedrooms and baths. we spent the days at different attractions and then came home to a nice little space. no a/c, but it was always cool in the evening, so it was perfect. hot tubs were a great way to end the day. we stayed over the week of the 4th. it was just perfect.

This was the perfect place for me and the family while we skied at Terry Peak. Everyone had a comfy clean bed, amenities were great, and we loved hanging out in the hot tub every night! Braden was very responsive and informative. We'd definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

Our stay at the Hillside Hideaway was absolutely amazing! The place was so beautiful and spacious, it felt like our own little slice of heaven. Trista’s decorating skills are incredible - it really felt like home for four whole days. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

short walk to the ski lift and got to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna! would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Perfect location for our stay and the room was clean. Easy access with the lock on the door and had everything we needed inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, cups, appliances, and the bathroom shower was roomy and clean. The room was a little small for 2 people and our archery gear, and we went in the summer, so it was hot, even with the fans. I didn't look to see if there was A/C, so that was my fault. The bed was comfortable! There was a TV in the living room and bedroom, which was nice, even though we didn't use them, and the internet was quick and easy to connect to. It was a little noisy with kids running around upstairs and we being on the first floor, but by bed-time it got quiet. You can see the ski lodge from the room and it takes about 5 minutes to walk there! We would stay again, but maybe on an upper unit.

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Great option for those heading to Terry Peak to ski/snowboard or if you’re just looking for a place within reasonable distance to Deadwood. Would stay here again!
