Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Very cheap price for a pleasant quality of rest. There are 2 bedrooms with twin springbed (120x2) and double springbed + 120 springbed, very spacious and comfortable for my family (3 adults + 1 child + 1 baby) I will come back to stay again if I go to Jogjakarta! THANK YOU MBAK ARDELIA

Such a homey accommodation for large group. Safe neighbourhood in a residential area, close to city center. Very sufficient amenities: soap, shampoo, towels are provided. Sufficient kitchen appliances.

Sangat puas menginap disini dengan keluarga besar, bisa tambah extra bed, sudah disediakan berbagai macam snack bahkan bakpia dan aneka buah, semua keluarga puas menginap disini, fasilitas juga lengkap ada kolam renang + floating, soon kalo ke jogja lagi bakal nginep disini lagi🥰

Host sangat responsif dan penjelasan untuk check-in dan check-out sangat jelas. Tempat sesuai dengan foto yang diiklankan, fasilitas lengkap (kompor, microwave, smart tv, kulkas besar dll), terdapat extra bed juga. Overall I highly recommend this place

We’ve loved our stay at Jiwa Laut. The people are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to do the cooking class :)

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

The host was always very responsive and helpful and It was easy to checkin. The place was very clean and it was so much space, we felt very comfortable. There are many restaurants, food stalls and small shops nearby.

Tempatnya bersih, tapi water heater hanya ada di 1 toilet dalam kamar. Kolam ikan sudah tidak sebersih di foto. Sisanya sangat recommended, lokasi cukup ditengah kota, host sangat ramah.

lokasi strategis dan mudah diakses, dekat minimarket dan resto-resto. unit villa masih sangat baru dan bersih, terdapat air purifier di setiap kamar. ketika menginap beberapa kendala kecil namun host sangat responsif dalam menjawab pesan dan memperbaiki. overall good experience.

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

it's not located on the heart of Solo, but still accessible. The housekeeper lady is nice, the house is quite big and enough to accommodate 10 people. The owner is also nice and understanding, we were given permission to check in early.
