lokasi masih terbilang sangat dekat untuk ke pusat kota (stasiun YK, tugu jogja, malioboro), tidak sepi, namun suasana di sekitar rumah masih tenang. ada warmindo di sebrang villa, setelah keluar villa langsung jalan untuk lalu lalang. untuk villanya cukup lengkap dan nyaman disinggahi, ada kompor, mesin cuci, jemuran, setrika, hair dryer. disediakan handuk, body lotion, shampoo & sabun, sikat gigi, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, ac dingin, dan dibersihkan 2x untuk seluruh villa. diberikan juga complimentary berupa teh, kopi, mie instan, dan kue ringan. hostnya fast respond, ramah, & clear memberikan informasi untuk check in & out. def recommended.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Yogyakarta und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war sehr sauber und in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Außerdem kann man auch direkt einen Scooter vor der Tür parken.

Host sangat responsif dan penjelasan untuk check-in dan check-out sangat jelas. Tempat sesuai dengan foto yang diiklankan, fasilitas lengkap (kompor, microwave, smart tv, kulkas besar dll), terdapat extra bed juga. Overall I highly recommend this place

Our stay was very pleasant. The home itself is very modern, clean, homey, and spacious. Very recommended for family stay. It has all the necessities one could ask for. The host and caretaker were also very responsive to our inquiries.

The place was clean and spacious for 7 of us, the location is best if you wanna just rest and have a good time with friends or family. tempat strategis sehingga mau pesan makanan via online pun pilihannya jadi lebih variatif, fasilitas pun lengkap. host ramah dan penjelasan bisa dipahami. highly recommended untuk staycation singkat bersama teman. apalagi suasana dan interior nya aesthetic, cocok untuk foto - foto. sayangnya area langit - langit salah satu kamar mandi lembab jadi ada tetesan air berwarna kuning. tapi overall worth it, sepadan dengan harga

I absolutely loved my stay in this charming studio, beautifully adorned with a Japanese-style decor that really made the space feel special. The room was wonderfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—from an abundance of towels to a full set of cooking ware and plenty of storage options for clothes. The air conditioning was impressively quiet, and the bed was just perfect, making it truly feel like a home away from home. Maria was a fantastic host, always ready to help and quick to respond. A heartfelt thank you for such a welcoming and delightful stay!

Agung is a friendly and on time guy. I got a very early check in easily. Though it's rather old furnished, the place is cozy and clean. The pool is good and also clean. Will be there again next time.

Great place to stay, even though the building kind of old but Wijaya's place is super modern. All utensils are available and immediately felt right at home once you enter it. If you love art you'll love this place, as it is super artsy. The location is located in a very good neighborhood with lots of stores around it.

i stayed one week at the Apartment and had a great time. the Apartment was beautiful and the Check-in process was smooth and easy. The owner of the Apartment was friendly and easy to communicate with via direct Message and WA. i only can recommend this place :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und einfach. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Der Swimmingpool und das Gym sind ebenfalls toll und für alle zugänglich.

The rooms fragrance is 👌🏼, nice view which is straight to merapi. The most thing I like is the wifi, super fast and no loading at all. It is really important and helpful for workers.. the host is also super responsive. Probably will stay here next time when im go to Jogja

Very nice place to stay in Jogja, the area is very nice with many restaurants around, the view from the room is very beautiful with Merapi mountain. The hosts were very helpful, there were some issues with wifi and drainage, and they fixed it pretty quickly 👍🏻👍🏻

the place is really nice, clean, complete with the amenities, private, pokoknya looked exactly like the photo. easy to find, strategic location. i asked for early check in and the host were really helpful in assisting the check in process. really really recommend people to stay here👍👍👍
