We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

We rolled into town for a quick stay at felt right at home. They thought of EVERYTHING. The level of detail to the items provided was amazing. Nothing was left out! As a frequent traveler to NY to visit family, I’m hopeful we’d be welcome again!

My husband and I have stayed at James’ studio twice now. It never disappoints! It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but it’s easy to walk everywhere. The studio is clean and welcoming. James is very responsive and a good communicator. We would love to stay a third time!

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. The rental is close to downtown, and has easy access to get to where you need to go. Very clean, and has everything needed.

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

I had a great time at Lena me and my family were a big group we were able to have breakfast dinner everyone had their own space privacy and rooms there were towels washing machine dryer everything you needed I will definitely be returning with my gang of children

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. Jared's place was perfect for our group. Very clean and commodious. We had some questions about setting the thermostats but he was very responsive and came over to make the necessary adjustments. The location is convenient to town on a leafy avenue. I highly recommend this listing.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s in a perfect location for us to stay so we can snowmobile straight from the house to all the trails we like to ride. It’s also close to our favorite spots to shop and eat. There is lots of room for a family of 4 and all our gear. We bring a clothing rack for our snowmobile suits since they take up so much space and there isn’t a closet to put it all. It works perfectly. Great comfy furniture with a spot for everyone to sit and watch tv. Snow service came right away and plowed and shoveled everything since we had 5 inches of snow during the night. Plenty of space to park our truck and snowmobile trailer in the back plus another spot out front. Thanks for having us again. We had a great time! Looking forward to our next visit!

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

We couldn't have asked for more than what we got in this airbnb! The location is amazing and while parking can be slightly confusing, Kerri sent us very detailed instructions and recommendations to help us out. The building was very safe, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly what was advertised, and the proximity to downtown Saratoga CAN NOT be beat! We've done this trip the last four years and this is, by far, our favorite place that we stayed, and can't wait to book again for next year. Kerri was responsive and left us great information to make our trip even better than we expected. You can't miss with this location!
