Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

We had a great stay! Lindsay has thought of everything you could possibly need and has the house exceptionally clean. The photos looked great but in person this house is absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back! Our furbaby Duncan also loved the treats and all of the little dog friendly touches. Thank you for a lovely stay!

zeny could not have been more helpful for our group. we had children and adults staying together and she made sure the kids had snacks, plenty of water and there was breakfast for all. we would stay again if we travel down to Liverpool again as it was a great place to stay 🙂

A perfect cottage, to spend a few days in Cheshire. It has everything and welcomes dogs. Also David could not be a better host, his recommendations on pubs to eat and dog walks were all spot on!

Great communication with the owners. A couple of issues which were quickly dealt with. Would stay again when next in the area.

An outstanding property. Perfect for a multi generational family stay in an excellent location a 20 minute train ride from the hustle & bustle of Liverpool or 15 minute walk to the peace & beauty of Crosby beach. We got to live the fantasy of a big old rambling house for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! Catherine & her family presented the house wonderfully and the thoughtful extras they left made such a good impression. 10/10: Would recommend!

It was fine for our quick stay and very clean. Only point is that the beds were very low and not the most comfortable . Top floor bedroom paddle stairs needs careful use.

We were family of three adults stayed for three nights at Awen’s place. It was a lovely two bed room house well suited for our needs. The house located in a quiet street , supermarkets , pub, high street only 5 mins by drive. We had a lovely time exploring North Wales from Awen’s place and we felt like being at our own place. Ruthin a lovely town. I will definitely stay at Awen’s place again.

Second stay at property: everything was catered for on this and previous visit. Great communication and hospitality. remains on list to use again.

Jacob was communicative, and hospitable. The home was comfortable, and clean with an incredibly functional kitchen. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation.

This house was a great find. In a little street on am estate, but close to nice walks down by the water. Good local amenities. The house was wonderful. So much space downstairs and a lovely garden. Upstairs was access to 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. We appreciated the welcome stocks too of biscuits,bread, milk, butter and jam. There were treats and bowls left for the dog too. We would happily stay again if we needed to be in the area. Suzanne was a great, friendly, responsive host.

Ley and Sam’s place was perfect for our team working away, we will definitely be in touch when they are back in the area. We have had two very disappointing stays of recent in the Liverpool area, however this place exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Ley and Sam

Great stay as always!

We loved staying here - Leah and Tom are outstanding in their communication and the villa was pristine. All mod cons and so much space. It was perfect for us. Bebington is a lovely base, with Chester, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port and New Brighton close by and there are also some lovely walks in the Wirral. Ness botanical gardens well worth a visit too. All commutable from Tom and Leah's but their own outdoor space is also lovely for relaxing and catching the sun. The road is quiet, safe and peaceful and the village has local amenities. Tesco is a very short drive away with lovely staff. Thank you so much Tom and Leah for making our stay such a happy one. We recommend both you as hosts and the villa as a holiday let.
