Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Wir waren in der Nachsaison vor Ort und haben ruhige Tage am wunderschönen See und in der sehenswerten Altstadt verbracht. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig, steil ansteigend oberhalb des Sees in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der liebevoll gestalteten privat genutzten Wohnung zu wohnen, die uns einen Einblick in die Wohnverhältnisse vor Ort vermittelt hat. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere An- und Abreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln herausgesucht und uns mit vielen Hinweisen auf gute Restaurants versorgt. Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

È stato un vero piacere soggiornare nello splendido casale di Franco, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto! Franco è stato molto disponibile e ci accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Veramente un bel posto dove ci piacerebbe ritornare!

The apartment was perfect for our stay of over a week. We were able to make dinners at home and enjoyed the outside patio also. Margherita the cohost was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend. There is quite a lot of stairs to climb but it was worth it.

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Siamo stati nell'alloggio di Cristina una settimana con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi piccoli. Che dire? È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, dentro e fuori. Internamente è tutto scelto con molta cura, ben arredato e tutto molto pulito, tanto da renderla così accogliente da sentirci come se fossimo a casa. Anche l'esterno è veramente bello, dalla terrazza al giardino, noi lo abbiamo sfruttato poco ma solo perché fuori stagione, sarebbe da tornarci solo per rivivere la casa anche nella bella stagione. Cristina è stata fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e suggerimenti nonché coccolati sotto ogni punto di vista regalando anche una bella esperienza ai nostri bimbi. Direi dunque che è stato tutto davvero perfetto, da ripetere sicuramente.

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Een prachtig huis met verschrikkelijk mooi uitzicht. Erg rustig en geen last van anderen. Als er airco's in de slaapkamers zouden zijn is het perfect, want het was nu erg warm in de nachten (overdag 38 graden). Erg vriendelijke gastheer die gelijk reageert en meedenkt. Tuin en zwembad wordt perfect onderhouden.

What an incredibly wonderful experience. The host was friendly and very kind. We got answers to everything we wondered about, and if something came up during our stay, they took care of it right away. They also have their own restaurant on the property, and there it was incredibly cozy and very good food. We were 10 ladies on the trip, and we had a wonderful experience. One of the ladies has already booked a week for next year as well. The host is pleasant, service-friendly and very pleasant.

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world

Bellissima! This spacious Italian villa in the lush Umbrian Hills is part of an olive estate owned by the gracious hosts, Claudia and Alessandro. It has a magnificent view of the countryside and the distant hills, including the charming medieval hilltop town of Todi. The region is lush and green and even in October is perfumed with the scent of wild mint, lavender, rosemary and thyme. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a vacation rental (even with a teapot, bless you!) We were lucky to stay there during the olive harvest and were able to buy some delicious olive oil straight off the press. Grazie mille per tutto, Claudia and Alessandro; we will think of Passo della Polomba while we enjoy our olive oil back in Canada! Arrivederci e alla prossima!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von zehn Personen in der Villa Pierle und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Anfahrt an die Villa war zwar abenteuerlich, lohnte sich aber auf jeden Fall. Die Kommunikation mit Lizzy und Leo war super unkompliziert und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, dann aber mit Allrad-Autos!
