Sperlonga : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Nettuno in der Wohnung von Claudio. Viel Platz, alles da, was man braucht, sehr nah in die Altstadt und zum Strand, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Was will man mehr? Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und vermissen Nettuno und Anzio, das wir zweimal zu Fuß besucht haben, schon jetzt. Danke, Claudio, für alles!

A beautiful spot, the perfect place to relax and free the mind from stress. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, and just a short trip from restaurants Giordano and Anna were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend them and their property

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then this is the perfect place. Straight on the beach in under a minute, great views, clean apartment, everything perfect from check-in to checkout. And the cherry on cake, your private jacuzzi.

Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa al mare! Eravamo quattro adulti e un bambino, e la casa era perfetta per noi. Pulita, ordinata, con mobili nuovi e completa di tutto ciò che ci serviva. La proprietaria, Eleonora (ma anche suo padre che l'aiutava), è stata gentilissima, accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste e tenendosi sempre in contatto con noi. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli su dove andare in spiaggia, supermercati, ristoranti convenzionati, ecc. La zona è molto tranquilla e si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, in una parte della città più riparata con un mare molto bello e pulito. L'unica pecca è che per arrivare in centro ci vogliono 25/30 minuti a piedi, ma il centro storico è molto bello e offre tante cose da fare, quindi anche solo una passeggiata serale per un gelato ne vale la pena. In sostanza, è stata una bellissima vacanza, ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo! Grazie ancora ai proprietari per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Besuch in Claudias Unterkunft und waren schnell überwältigt von der fantastischen Lage, dem unfassbar schönen Stränden und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia hatte sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und gab es doch mal ein kleineres Problem hatte sie uns umgehend geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole a casa di Thomas. Il tempo non è stato dei migliori, ma essendo vicini a siti meravigliosi come "la Grotta di Tiberio", Sperlonga e "Tempio di Giove" Terracina, abbiamo sfruttato al meglio il nostro soggiorno. La casa è ben attrezzata e il giardino è incantevole. Per i futuri visitatori, fate attenzione agli autovelox sulla via Flacca! Buone vacanze a tutti : )

This is our third time staying in one of Muna's apartments, and we plan to return again. Great location with incredible views, beautiful sunsets, easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, and anything else you need. Muna is a very attentive and friendly host.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft in Gaeta. Wunderschönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Co-Host Giuseppe willkommen geheißen. Dank der Klimaanlage waren auch die heißen Temperaturen kein Problem. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Man kann das Appartement gut mit Zug und Bus erreichen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur einer Einkaufsgasse mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strand 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, Gaeta Altstadt 30 min. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Consiglio Daniela è una persona squisita, Un appartamento strapulito accogliente, per di più difronte c è il mare ed è una cosa strepitosa, puoi fare colazione fuori al tuo balcone e goderti la bellissima giornata difronte al mare… Grazie mille DANIELA ♥️♥️

La casa di Davide è un piccolo gioiellino a pochi passi dal mare. Arredata con gusto, funzionale e confortevole. Ideale per qualche giorno di relax, con la vasca idromassaggio come plus. Fornita la cucina, ottima la colazione, con tanto di latte fresco in frigo. Una bella attenzione al dettaglio, che fa piacere trovare. Grazie, a presto.

Casa incantevole spaziosa luminosa pulita e bellissima. Ottima posizione vicina ai migliori ristoranti della zona e ad un passo dal mare. Elisa è stata davvero gentile e sempre disponibile. Esperienza oltre le aspettative. Il balcone con l’affaccio diretto sul mare ti lascia senza parole, un vero e proprio sogno ad occhi aperti. Torneremo sicuramente!!

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃
