Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in direkter Nähe von Klagenfurt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 20 min, der Wörthersee in ca 30 min erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus. .
