El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

L’ alloggio di Pier Luigi si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda a tutti i servizi, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Anna, la compagna di Pier, che è stata davvero gentile e amichevole. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort descritti, non mancava nulla, bellissimo anche il terrazzino con vista montagne. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, è stato come essere a casa. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente! Consiglio a tutti questo bellissimo alloggio!

Ambiente pulito, caldo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto vicino alle fermate dell autobus e a pochi minuti a piedi dall ospedale universitario, due bagni e possibilità di avere bar e ristoranti a pochi metri dall' abitazione. Consigliato.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

C’était un séjour parfait! Les hôtes étaient très accueillants! Beaucoup de petites attentions dans le airbnb, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore meilleure! D’ailleurs, le logement est magnifique et situé dans une petite ville tout autant magnifique! Merci beaucoup!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, adatto per due persone. Cucina ben fornita, soprattutto a livello di elettrodomestici. Nel suo insieme, un appartamento che si presta ad essere utilizzato anche per più giorni rispetto al classico week-end turistico. Zona tranquilla, centro facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi pubblici. Gestori molto gentili ed attenti.

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Thank you Magdalena for the wonderful accommodation. The house was so peaceful and lovely with such nice neighbors. It was like being at home away from home. From the house you can easily walk to the nearby supermarket, multiple restaurants, bakeries, etc. Which Magdalena was nice enough to provide very detailed maps and information for. My dog also loved having the freedom to run around the in the garden and meet the neighbors dogs on both sides. Over all a very lovely experience.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

I stayed here for a couple of days during my short visit to Venice, and it was perfect! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and fully automated. Roberto and Mattia provided clear instructions, making everything effortless. The apartment has everything you need and is surrounded by plenty of pizzerias a pharmacy, and a supermarket within few metres apart, Getting to Venice piazzale roma, is incredibly easy, with a tram stop right in front of the building. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice, great location and fantastic, responsive hosts!
