Can't say enough about how great of people Dawn and her husband are. Very easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and one could sit and just talk with them for hours. I was out there to do some pheasant hunting with my dog, so the lodging and accommodations were a perfect fit....will definitely stay again when I get back to that area.

This place did the job as far as meeting our basic needs. However, was a bit tricky to find in the dark (probably our fault), but we're no photos of the outside which I think would be helpful (the street number is actually on a different building), also thought there was a washer and dryer here and wasn't, (not the end of the world), kitchen had very limited cookware. Not trying to be picky because we stayed here for hunting, but could be improved, or the listing updated, or a slightly lower price, in our opinion. Grateful for an available place last minute however, and some pretty good hunting nearby. Thanks!

We have stayed at Dawn's place multiple times and will continue to do so! It's perfect and so is she!

Mrs. Grace is a great host. Flexible, good communication and easy to talk to. Her place is always clean and squared away. Smells good too

Staying at Dawn's place was better than expected and better than the pictures show. I was very pleased with how clean it was and how well organized the living area was. Dawn was very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely stay here in the future, it is a beautiful and convenient location.
