This luxurious suite is situated in a newly built apartment building in St. Paul's Bay. The complex is home to six individual apartments, and this particular one can sleep up to five people, has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a shared living space with a TV, as well as a terrace in the back. And as a huge plus, there is a balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment was built by continental standards, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm in winter.

This penthouse is located in the lovely touristic beach village of Mellieha, only a few minutes walk away from Malta's longest sandy beach. It is walking distance from many restaurants and other amenities you may need. The apartment has only recently been luxuriously finished and is highly equipped for all your needs. The whole apartment is fully airconditioned and has free WiFi. Should you want an evening of entertainment with friends, a barbeque is available for use on the outside terrace.

The apartment is located on the seafront facing the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea and St. Paul's Islands with swimming beaches a few metres away. It is close to all amenities. Night life, casinos, pubs, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. You’ll love the place because of the location, people, ambiance, the outdoors space, neighborhood and the tranquility. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids over 3yrs of age).

You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed sea views and proximity to the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
