Spinone al Lago : locations de maisons de vacances en bord de lac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,rien à dire tout était parfait. Hôte super sympathique,endroit magnifique. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Rosaria et Alessandro. Le logement est exactement comme sur les photos accompagné d’une propreté irréprochable.Accueil chaleureux et explications très claires au rdv. Localisation idéale pour profiter du calme du Lac et visiter le coin. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur Dervio et nous ne pouvons que le conseiller pour un calme à l’italienne loin du brouhaha touristique!

Das waren 4 unvergessliche Tage an dem Iseo See. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war atemberaubend schön. Sonnenaufgang mit Kaffee genießen. Alles sehr sauber, netter Empfang. Wir fanden den Ordner mit vielen Infos hilfreich. Patrick hat immer schnell geantwortet. In der Nähe sehr viele schöne Orte mit Cafés und Restaurants. Mit der Fähre kann man die schöne Insel Monte Isola gut erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Wir sind bei strahlendem Sonnenschein in dem tollen Cottage von Antonio angekommen, und konnten sofort diese unglaublich grosse Terrasse direkt am See auf den Liegestühlen geniessen. Wer hat, kann sich den Ein/Ausstieg im See mit Badeschuhen erleichtern. Das Haus hat alles was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Küche klein aber enthält alles was man zum "Über"-Leben braucht😊 Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln, Toaster ect Ins Dorf Mandello läuft man ca 15 Min Die Fähre brachte uns nach Bellagio und der Zug nach Mailand. Wir waren abends immer froh in keinem "Touridorf" gelandet zu sein......Mandello ist fernab von jeglichem Rummel. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns hat bestens geklappt, nachdem Antonio uns das Haus gezeigt hatte, sahen wir ihn erst am Abreisetag wieder. Dazwischen lief unsere Kommunikation bei Bedarf bestens über SMS Allen die nach uns dort Urlaub machen wünschen wir die gleiche Erholung Sylvia&Jörg

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig in der Lage. Es gibt quasi einen privaten Zugang zum See und man braucht nur einige Gehminuten zum Anleger. Wochentickets bzw. 10-Fahrten-Tickets (5 Hin-, 5 Rückfahrten) kosten 24€ p.P. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und eine große Terrasse, auf der wir regelmäßig gegessen haben. Die Insel ist traumhaft, die Fähre zum Festland fährt sehr regelmäßig und es gibt atemberaubende Wanderrouten in der Nähe.

Le château de lierna est l'endroit idéal pour visiter le lac de Côme. Premièrement le logement est parfaitement équipé/agencé. La vue est incroyable, peu importe où vous regardez il y a le lac. Deuxièmement, Lierna est hors des zones touristiques trops fréquentées mais reste quand même attractive avec une gare, un port, des restaurants, etc... Troisièmement Maurizio est un excellent hôte, prévenant et d'une grande gentillesse. Si vous devez visiter le lac de Côme n'hésitez pas!

We very much enjoyed staying in this Airbnb. The house was clean and cosy, and views were beautiful. Peter, the host, was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. I’ve never showered with a more beautiful view. We can definitely recommend villa Cheis to anyone.

Wat een fantastische vakantie hebben we hier gehad! Giovanni is een geweldige host, hij gaf goede tips wat er te doen is in de omgeving en ook wat de goede restaurantjes zijn. Het beste restaurant is zonder twijfel Giovanni’s Spritz-house. Behalve een heerlijk welkomstdrankje organiseert Giovanni hier ook regelmatig een diner voor de gasten. En hij legt je dan echt in de watten. Heerlijk eten, gezelligheid en ter afsluiting een lekkere ijskoude limoncello. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig, huiselijk ingericht zodat je je hier direct echt thuisvoelt. En het uitzicht…. Magisch! We bevelen deze accommodatie van harte aan!

We stayed at Silvano’s place five days, and we had a great time. Plenty of walks with our family dog and a little fun on the slopes not far from Lecco. Silvano has been a great host, providing us clear instructions and answering right away to our questions or doubts about the surroundings. Would suggest it!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in Silvia’s house. The setting is peaceful and the scenery is stunning. We enjoyed having direct access to the lake and using the 2 kayaks straight from the garden. We were super lucky with the weather and enjoyed lots of hikes on the island. Check in was very easy as Silvia’s friend was waiting for us at the ferry stop and walked us directly to the house which is a 5 minute walk away. The house is as described and we found it very clean. It does not have central heating, we were here in November and mornings were especially cool but there is a wood fire stove that provides good heating of the living room. The house is in Siviano Porto, to get to the main village of Siviano where you can catch a bus it is a steep climb. Being November we found the ferry service to the mainland very patchy, however we were quite happy to walk the island to the main villages of Carzano and Peschiera where the ferries run all the time. Communication with was excellent.

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt, es gab einen großen Schrank mit Snacks und anderen Kleinigkeiten, und in den Badezimmern waren zahlreiche Kosmetika und Co vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, und der See ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ❤️

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sauber, die Gegend sehr schön und ruhig! Nur zu empfehlen.

Vi har for anden gang været i boligen, og det på grund af den fremragende beliggenhed tæt på sø og by. (direkte adgang til søen).

We had a beautiful experience staying at Francesca and Orneste’s home, one that we’ll never forget! The house is so much bigger than we expected and the garden is magnificent. The electric bikes that are provided absolutely made the trip as the centre of Bellagio is around 2km away - easy enough to walk but you can zoom there on the bikes. The views from the place are spectacular and the bed is extremely comfortable! I couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone staying in Bellagio/Lake Como area. We hope to be back soon!

Eleonora è stata una host accogliente, disponibile e presente per le nostre richieste. La casa ha corrisposto alle nostre attese. Ottima posizione, fantastico il terrazzo vista lago.

Très beau logement, propre avec une belle vue sur le lac. Néanmoins l'accès au logement est un peu difficile (route étroite, épingle serrée, boueux, pente très inclinée). La première fois peut être un peu difficile. Les instructions fournies par Michèle sont très précises pour y accéder.

The apartment is nicely tucked away and in walking distance to amenities. Very lovely and clean apartment, spread across three floors. The beds are very comfortable, looking to buy the same mattress at home! The panoramic rooftop is gorgeous, and the kitchen is well equipped! Overall, Luca is a very friendly and proactive host and the apartment is gorgeous! We had a lovely stay!

Man kann sich in der Ferienwohnung einfach nur wohlfühlen.Sie ist wunderbar gelegen in einer kleinen Gasse der Altstadt. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man am See,es gibt einen Spazierweg mit Blick auf die Berge. Es gibt die Möglichkeit mit dem Zug oder dem Schiff die Umgebung zu erkunden .Man kann so das Parkplatzproblem in den umliegenden Orten umgehen. Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche,warmherzige Frau,immer bemüht,das Beste für Ihre Gäste zu tun. Vielen Dank Wir werden dich gern weiterempfehlen Andreas

Nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire dans ce lieu si spécial. La vue et l'accès au lac sont parfaits et bien au dessus de la plupart des autres logements que l'on trouve autour du lac. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This place was amazing, felt like our cozy lakeside abode for our stay in Varenna. The private patio view of the lake was unmatched, I couldn’t bring myself to leave. The host is so welcoming, kind and wonderful - anticipating needs like umbrellas, waters, picking up at the station and even gifting us a champagne!

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Agata e Alfredo e ci siamo trovate benissimo. I contatti con Agata sono stati semplici e veloci. Alfredo ci ha dato ottimi consigli per i ristoranti della zona che, provati, si sono rivelati molto positivi. La casa è comoda e carina, organizzata con una cucina attrzzata e il soggiorno a piano terra, completati da un bagno con doccia, indispensabile per quattro persone. Le camere e il secondo bagno completo si trovano ai piani superiori raggiungibili tramite una scala. La posizione è perfetta, affacciata sulla strada principale che conduce ai maggiori luoghi di interesse sul lungolago e la Franciacorta. A pochi passi dal lago e dal grazioso paese di Clusane. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.
