Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Beautiful view from the balcony. A nice clean place. But a lot of stairs!

Lovely owners met us on arrival friendly and left fresh fruit and home cooked treats to come home to in our porch so nice apartment was lovely full of home extras in the kitchen and lounge lovely stay my din and partner stayed last year and was so good we booked and would again xx❤️

Our group of 5 had a great time! The property is clean, large and in an awesome location! The building was tucked away but close enough for a ton of walking to Diocletian’s Palace, the Green Market and the Harbor. It was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels and bathroom essentials and we loved the balconies. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone to stay here if they are in Split! Dune was responsive, communicative and available for any questions. Check in and check out were easy and there even was a welcome gift of wine and cookies. All the little touches, the cleanliness, the location and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made this place wonderful! Thanks again!!!

Great place to stay! Maria was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. Loved the fact that we had a lot in common when we met! The jacuzzi is a perfect addition to the property, was very nice to come back and relax in it. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Split for a few days. Taxis to the centre were quick and relatively cheap.

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Dziękujemy za udany pobyt, super lokalizacja blisko plaży i centrum Splitu, mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe i jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne. Dodatkowym atutem był czynny 7 dni w tygodniu sklep spożywczy w tym samym bloku i apteka. Polecamy.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der schönen, kleinen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist definitiv die tolle große Terasse mit Blick auf die Mall of Split. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine kleine Bäckerei und eine Pizzeria. Eine Schule und ein Kirche sind ebenfalls Nachbarn 😉 Die Bushaltestelle um beispielsweise nach Split zu fahren liegt fußläufig - also alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Bozana ist sehr fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sofort. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den Vater, der uns unter anderem mit Weintrauben versorgt hat 😀

Perfect for a couple or solo travellers. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. I had a little trouble finding it. Tip: ask the taxi driver to drop you off at 36. Straight down the hill is 36, the path off to the right and around the corner is 32. This helped the delivery guy too. Bianka was always reachable via message whiich was a great support. Convenient place to stay in Split. 5 mins down the street to the right is the entrance to Marjan Park, 12-15 mins left, straight down are the restaurants and promenade. Perfect for boat tours. 5 mins walk to Tommy, local supermarket, plus a coffee shop next to it. Bus station to the airport is just beyond the promenade to the left. I took a bus from here to Dubrovnik. A baggage drop off desk is also available down there if you require it. I enjoyed my stay in Split and at this accommodation. Thank you!!

Situated in a quiet road just a two minute walk from the marina and 15 minute walk from the busy old town. The apartment bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all larger than they appear in the photos. Self catering was easy due to the large number of kitchenware and several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. If you like forest walks, definitely stay up this end of town as it's so close to the wooded park peninsular.

Wir waren 4 erwachsene Paare und haben hier die Tage über Silvester verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind toll, alles ist vorhanden, viele Gläse, viel Geschirr, sogar sehr große Töpfe, Pfannen usw. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern zurück

We traveled all along the Croatian coast and this was one of our favorite stays. Dragica was so helpful and informative! She gave us all the information and insider tips we needed to see the amazing things the city has to offer from a local perspective. The location was fantastic! It is centrally located to everything and walkable and the apartment is so comfortable! The bedding was incredible and we slept great! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Ana!

Hosts were helpful if needed, the apartment was clean and the balcony and views were fantastic. We loved having use of the lovely pool. As pictured the kitchenette is very small and sink hard to wash up in; the living area was quite small but we coped as we weren't there much! The apartment is up a very steep windy hill which would be hard (and a bit dangerous) to walk up especially in the heat. Took us about 20mins to drive into Split, you can also get a bus.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

We loved staying in Marijo's apartment. Beautiful location with a view, pool, and he and his wife were extra sweet providing some food and drinks. It's about 30 min to Split and a surprising amount of traffic but great to be in the location. And private garage parking. Thank you for having us!

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
