Split : locations de vacances avec sauna

This apartment was great. For US travelers who are used to air conditioning it is just in main area. There is no AC in the bedrooms. We requested a fan and that was supplied promptly and helped. Pool is very nice. Location was perfect so long as you have a car. We took a boat charter from Trogir. Went to nice beaches with plenty of parking 2 miles away. We drove into Split and found parking spaces without too much difficulty just need to be patient. Host was helpful and responsive. Even cut roses from her garden for us.

Prelijep i prostran apartman. Iznimno čista kuhinja i kupaonica. Odlican jacuzzi funkcijom masaže na taraci. Ivo je bio vrlo susretljiv i odgovorio je na sva naša pitanja.

Amazing stay ! Perfect for a chilled beach/pool girls trip with option to go into split via bus (25min). Property was safe, clean and overall perfect for a group of 5. 10 minute walk to the beach and shops location was great. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a trip, loved it! Host was so pleasant and responsive with great recommendations. Thank you for hosting us :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Ana Tout est très propre, bien décoré et agencé. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et bien + encore Le fait d’avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre est un luxe énorme. La literie est de bonne qualité nous avons très bien dormi. La climatisation dans chaque chambre et le salon est aussi d’une grande aide La partie extérieure est fantastique. Déjà la vue depuis le balcon principal et le second balcon est juste incroyable : une vue quasi panoramique sur la mer et les lumières de la ville : c’est encore mieux que sur les photos de l’annonce. Ensuite, la piscine est très bien entretenue et dispose aussi d’une superbe vue. La partie salle de sport, sauna, et barbecue est exceptionnelle : avoir tout ça rien que pour nous était très appréciable, d’autant que tout est très bien entretenu et propre. La communication avec Ana a été excellente, elle est très arrangeante, gentille et donne plein de recommandations Merci!

1.000 Dank an Niko & Anna!!! Wir haben mit 3 Familien, 14 Personen wundervolle 2 Wochen bei Nico & Anna verbringen dürfen. Das Fazit vorab: Es war traumhaft, die beiden sind wunderbare Menschen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Zu Kroatien: Schöne Landschaften, tolle, antike Städte, i.d.R. kein Sandstrand, sondern kieselsteinige Strände, also Badeschuhe einpacken, Wasser dafür meist sehr sauber und klar. Zu Podstrana: Kleiner Ort, fließender Übergang zu Split, keine Mega-Hotelburgen, meist flache Bebauung, Strand nicht mit Menschenmassen überflutet, sondern angenehm (leer). Einkaufen in großen Discountern (Lidl) in Splitt, in Podstrana gibt es kleinere Supermärkte, Bäcker etc. Zur Lage vom Haus: Haus liegt nicht direkt am Strand, sondern einen kleinen Fußweg den Hügel hinauf und ruhiger Sackgassen-Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Weg zum Meer führt über die Straße, man kann allerdings sicher & bequem durch einen Tunnel gehen. Zum Haus: Neubau, 3 Etagen, 4 Wohnungen, alles tippi-toppi, Klima, EBK, Terrassen/Balkon etc. Es gibt 2-3 Stellplätze für die PKWs und einen herrlichen Garten. Zu den Wohnungen: Es gibt 4 Wohnungen, Nico & Anna bewohnen eine, 3 werden vermietet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich in einer Fewo wünscht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Zum rundherum: In einem liebevoll angelegtem Garten mit Obstbäumen gibt es einen schönen kleiner Pool mit Blick auf das Meer und Liegestühle nebst Sonnenschirmen für den Pool-Tag. Wer grillen mag, kann es am Steingrill tun. Nico & Anna Liebevolle Menschen, die immer für ihre Gäste da sind, wenn diese es wünschen und reichlich Tipps für Land, Leute, Ausflüge, Einkaufen, Essen & Trinken und Gott & die Welt geben. This is a very special Airbnb. The photos don’t do the apartment justice. The host informed us that this was the former home of Ivana Trump’s ex husband. It is three apartments combined into one with amazing views of the sea. It is well adorned in tasteful and luxurious art and furnishings but has all the functional components you would want in an extended stay (washer, hair dryer, coffee, wine, water, fruit, cookware, spices, etc). The bathrooms have heated floors and one of the en-suite bathrooms has a Turkish sauna. This unit is comfortable, quiet and spacious. As a bonus it even has a dryer for clothes which is a rare in Europe. Of note, the unit is on the first floor but has one set of outside stairs and one set of inside stairs (My disabled partner was able to manage them). Helena was very generous host and was able to meet us for early check in when I had booked the unit the same day. If you have the chance to stay in this unit I would highly recommend it!!

Wir wahren total zufrieden Der Strand war zu fuss in 4 min zu erreichen nächster supermarkt ca 15 min zu fuss tv gab es ausreichend deutsche Sender Küche war gut ausgestattet Kommunikation war super schnell und freundlich Alles in allem absolut fantastisch ich danke für dieses tolle urlaubserlebniss

Très bon accueil de Jana dans ce bel grand appartement ou l'on se sent plus dans une maison. Il est située dans un quartier résidentiel près d'un parc et de la mer et son emplacement est idéal pour la visite de Split et se baigner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on a été ravis de constater qu’il était très propre et qu’une bouteille d’eau avait été placée au congélateur ce qui nous a fait du bien, c’était une agréable attention! Il est parfaitement situé, la plage est juste en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette pas très loin ou l’on peut s’y rendre à pied, une place de parking est disponible également en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons également été bien accueillis par Maria et elle était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu quelques questions. La salle de spa était très agréable, la tarification s’effectue pour 2h de pur détente dans un très grand jacuzzi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Amazing apartment, amazing location, amazing hosts. Highly recommend. Beach is 30 seconds away, lovely big balcony, shop and cafe 10 mins away.

Hôte réactif, accueillant et chaleureux tout comme leur logement. Correspond à la description, propre et très bien équipé. Je vous le recommande pour passer quelques jours en famille au calme et pas loin de Split.

We had a fantastic stay at Irene’s beautiful home. The location was perfect about a 15 min drive outside of Split and within walking distance to beaches and a town on the water. Irene’s place was spotless, nicely designed, perfect for two families and more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals ourselves. We loved the pool and the amazing views from the bedrooms and decks above. Irene was a fantastic host. What a gem!

Imali smo sjajan tjedan kod Nikole. Kuca je bila cista i mirisna sa docekanom hranom i picem na stolu. Najvise smo uzivali u bazenu koji je bio topao,vlasnik preko svoje aplikacije moze zagrijavati i hladiti bazen s obzirom na nase zahtjeve. Prekrasan pogled na more u mirnom podrucju koji nam je dobrodosao za odmor tako da bih preporucio ovaj objekt jer je u blizini sve sto vam treba,vratili bi se ponovo

Our stay at Sara’s villa was just lovely. Such a peaceful location with tremendous views over the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and thoughtfully put together. We just loved the pool house with billiard table and sauna. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was another favourite. Sara and Katja were so lovely and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their villa to anyone looking for a fabulous, peaceful place to stay. We have been to many villas over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you once again.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

Basen czysty zadbany, dużo dodatkowego sprzetu do zabaw wodzie dla dzieci. czyste pokoje w kazdym klimatyzacja. Dobrze wyposażone lazienki. polozony na uboczu w spokojnej okolicy. 10-15min spacerkiem do poblisjich restauracji. Blisko lotniska, z jednej strony dzwięk przelatujących samolotòw z drigiej strony szybki dojazd do hali wylotòw, ogolnie na plus. Polecam dla 3 rodzin z dziecmi

A very nice place with lots of room. Especially if you have a bigger group. We had 9 people and we had more than enough space. We had everything we needed and whatever else we needed the host was responsive and helpful. The whole group enjoyed the stay and can be easily be recommended for the next one.
