The location of this Airbnb was nice to be close to downtown but parking was quite a hassle to find and manage for multiple night stays, . That would be the only downside I found here.

Great location right in downtown and close to everything. The only thing is there is a very active train track right outside the unit. other than that the place was amazing and host was on top of everything.

We loved staying at Katrina's place. It's easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Close to the river, which is always great to walk along. When we didn't feel like going out, we loved just lounging and staring out the windows. Katrina is a responsive and welcoming host.

This was a great house to stay in. The game room was nice and it’s in a great location. The WiFi is super fast which is awesome. The owners were helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The property itself was beautiful, especially the views of the horses in the evening. I definitely recommend this as your home away from home.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, everything was great! Our first time staying at an air bnb was top notch, location is perfect, and the house was gorgeous. Teal even happens to be our favorite color! A million thank yous! my only notes were that a few areas could use a deep clean, oven crevices and inside the oven were dirty, spider webs were present in the corners of the dining room and bathroom, and the BBQ grates looked to have needed a good scrubbing. otherwise the place was great for a short stay!

This house is an incredible deal. It is clean and comfortable and priced better than most comparable houses. It worked great for our family.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and spacious—exactly what I was hoping for. There was a small issue that came up during our stay, but the hostess handled it right away and was super professional and kind about it. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was. Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown area of Spokane via uber for some fun times!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Our boys love this house. It is quiet, has everything a kid/parent could need. My youngest son is sad every time we leave and wants to move to Spokane now.
