My family loved our stay. The home felt very peaceful and remote, yet we were only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the outside deck and enjoying the sounds of the birds. Inside was spacious and there was plenty of the things we needed like towels, linens and cooking items. We will definitely come back.

I was looking for something affordable for my wife and I to get away for a quick weekend. This was close to home within 2.5 hours, close to shopping and a nice peaceful place. The host was so nice, allowing late check-out and very helpful in our time of need. Our car battery died and she helped get us back on the road. I love when people are exceptional and go out of their way to help even when they are busy with other things. The place was very comfortable and cozy, providing options for snacks, drinks and small breakfast options. The bathroom was clean and offered a beautiful soaking tub with on demand hot water and clean white robes. This place is great for couples or a small family as it had the option for additional beds. We loved that it was on an equestrian training farm and we were able to watch the horses being trained; they are truly beautiful creatures. So thankful to stay here and we hope to return.

Great location. We could walk to everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Convention center and Arena. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had minor issue with access but resolved promptly by a phone call. Appreciated having professional phone support. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had what we needed and TV apps allowed us to watch NCAA tournament games on East coast. Overall I would recommend.

I stayed at Charlaine's place for a week. Charlaine was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The neighborhood and surroundings are very serene and the landscaping/site is gorgeous. The space was well appointed and very clean. We will definitely be back to Charlaine's place in the future!

Spotlessly clean and well appointed, the property is a second floor apartment which I did not learn from the listing. For two senior women wrangling luggage up the stairway was a challenge. That being said, everything else about the property was excellent.

This place was incredible, the layout was perfect for our needs and the accommodations were plenty, including a stocked kitchen. Only less than perfect rating was for the evolve management company who replied with a mostly scripted response to my pre booking question and then never replied to specific questions I asked leading up to and during our stay (Idaho spring meant we woke up with snow and many of us were freezing. There was no response from Evolve in help with temperature accommodations with the locked box.) I hate to give the host/owner that poor rating from Evolve‘s communication but it’s honest. Thankfully we didn’t have anything major and could just bundle up. It’s so hard to find a place that has a great layout for different hang out spaces that also are close enough for togetherness, and enough beds without being sardined in a room of bunk beds. I would recommend it and definitely would stay again.

Such a quiet and peaceful spot to relax . Sue was warm and friendly. She responded immediately to any questions I had and had prepared a binder with all local attractions and restaurants, which lead us to a wonderful experience at a Mexican restaurant overlooking the golf course and mountains. We would recommend this spot to visitors and will return, as it's so close to work we carry out in the region.

This Loon Lake home is absolutely stunning!! Big and spacious for my family. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We rented for my son’s wedding, it was very close to the venue The wild rabbit. The kitchen was so big we had several people tasking with no problem.
