Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

This house was amazing! Very clean and neatly decorated. Great layout for a group with several areas for hanging out. Our host was super helpful and communicated quickly and proactively. Will definitely be coming back for another stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Natasha’s house. It was neat, clean, cozy, felt safe, and overall was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out as well as the host’s prompt responses to our messages.

The convenience to the gondola, the water park and town was perfect for us. The kids loved the open area downstairs and we couldn't believe how well stocked everything was, the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. We will defiantly stay here in the future if available.

Kyle’s place was exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of beds to accommodate the 11 of us friends as we attended the NCAA tournament. While we would have appreciated more hand towels and washcloths, the space, accommodations, and the neighborhood far exceeded that desire. I am looking forward to renting this home for our personal family gathering. We loved the quiet neighborhood, great walks, and the furnishings to accommodate our conversations and dice games. Thank you.

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

This is a great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. The hosts have thought of EVERY amenity and were very responsive and messaged while we were there to see if we needed anything. We stayed during early spring, easy access to Schweitzer, I think this would be a super fun place in the summer with lake, pool and taking advantage of the many bikes they have. Lastly, having attached garage was fantastic for gear!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

Maren’s place is perfect! Super clean and comfortable, and so convenient for skiing and enjoying the water park. Maren was very helpful and it was obvious that her main goal was that we had a great stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Kent and his wife were very accommodating and hospitable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very very comfortable Bradley was a very good host and very responsive. We definitely would come back again. It was in a very safe location very private and the accommodations were absolutely perfect.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway! There’re lots of things to do in the area and some great perks being around the resort.
